This is one of the most story rich games i ever played. CDPR did one hell of a job.

Well here we go, i started playing Rust when it was still in early access, that said it's fair to say i saw a lot of changes through my time playing this game. What is Rust? Rust is a survival game that let's you farm, hunt animals, build a base and interact with other players that are doing the same thing. I would like to explain how a wipe is played in rust in 3 sections

Wipe: A period of time which you play, before the server restarts and everyone starts fresh without any bases etc...

Early game: You first spawn on the beach and with a rock you work your way up to your first base, that's usually takes an hour or so depends on what server you play and how lucky are you on the position you spawn. In the early game you will use a bow or a crossbow to protect yourself from other players or animals, when you will fell confident enough you will start going to rad towns to loot from boxes and pvp. But the most important thing will always be resources.

Mid game: You start to get better weapons and you have a good amount of resources to work with, your main objective is to get c4 and AK crafted as soon as possible to give you the edge in the pvp's. You will also start hearing explosions of satchels that are going off, it gives you the chills if you are going to be the next target.

Late game: You have all the gear you want, you also have the best weapons out there just pvp every time you see someone you feel confident enough to take him out, you start raiding the big bases with rockets and c4, if the defenders are online the experience is soooo much better.

The game is fun if you play with a group of 3 or 4, you will have tons of fun.

PROS:
The graphics are good, maybe not optimized for every graphics card there is but still very enjoyable graphics.
Fun to play with friends, but you can always play solo if that's your thing.
You have so many weapons to choose from, so you can pick your style of pvp.
The system of crafting and farming is easy to learn and if you don't have the components for the item you want to craft, there is always trading with other people that's why there is a server chat.
You can make so many different bases layouts it's kinda insane :)
The devs are very interactive with the community and are also featuring the content creators that are making Rust videos.
There are skins for the weapons, and also updates every 2 weeks.
THE GAME WILL NEVER BE P2W, the game is about skill.

CONS:
The community is really toxic.
If you don't have a decent internet connection you will not be able to play on the official servers if the closest is still far away from you.
ZERGS, i have so many complaints about this, but i will keep it simple. Zergs are usually 10 or more man groups that usually get the best weapons first and just ♥♥♥♥ on the smaller groups that are just starting to get to mid game, and you can't really win with 4 friends versus 15 man groups in a small area, and if they decide to raid you, your base is gone, the biggest problem of Rust is toxic zergs and zergs in generally, if you ask anyone about zergs everyone will tell you the same thing over and over again. Also i heard of 30 man zergs but never actually seen one on the servers i was playing.

I don't play Rust anymore, because i lost the hype for playing it, and the new updates are not for me, liked the old Rust better, but that's my opinion. But i will recommend the game to people who like this type of games. There is a ton of gameplay to learn from and also to see how the game actually looks like. The game is a solid 8/10 for me.
Gl and HF in the next wipe guys :)

After the last update, the game is badly optimised , well until it's not fixed i'm going to give PUBG a bad review.
EDIT: Devs fixed it, the game is good again.
