Cheesy but good. Simple.
For a free game its not bad. If you love third person games you will like this but its not incredible. As example, Tomb raider third person feels janky and rough at times but its how the game is, different style after all. Here, you run and not much bobbing of screen etc.
Its got a bit of fan service and doesnt shy away from adult themes but its not overdone either. Its a fun simple clone of another certain game. Expect store stuff but if you like anime, this game will keep you entertained for at least 30 mins to an hour depending on how much you like it. I will praise this game due to its details. The game works. Its not incredible but not bad either. It feels like anime battle royale really.

This game pretty much sums up like any Fallout game. War. War never changes.
Or at least human brains dont.
Brains in jars or glasses must be defended in this bunker style game with units, robots or humans and destroy the other enemy brains.
The game is 2D but is so detailed in gameplay and the destruction level details is crazy. There are so many mods too. Hl2 combine mod, warhammer 40k, star wars etc. Can only recommend this incredible gem of a game.
The one track in the OST is just pure art half way through it. CC2G is its name. Its literally art in music form. The game really depicts what humans just cant stop doing, war. And this track really makes it sound epic yet also as if theres a lesson that will never be learned by human brains.

I bought this back in 2014 i believe. back then it could atleast run smoothly. now its just a laggy mess if you dont own a state of the art pc. Its impressive its their own engine though (I think?). But it runs so badly. While its no doubt a fun game with friends, which ones arent with friends though, come on. But after running around a junkyard and only finding a few items, it just got boring. I just cant recommend this game after 10 years of being on steam its crazy to think it runs this bad. Other games that are exact same genre run better. Too little loot, too much lag, just no.

Great pixel game at the current price, but dont expect a lot. There is day and night time, thats it. For 2 euro, its worth it. If youre an achievement hunter, then wait up. The achievement arent that easy to get and take a bit of time, skill and luck to do. The music is really good.

I dont know what to say.
I hope I got this for free, haha. Because if I paid for it, what was i thinking?
Now look, its a game alright, its not bad, but its not my type. The characters are cute, but each time you lose, you must redo all the talking sequences with the characters. Thats a massive no for me in games. I get its designed to be old, but come on. Yes, I did that in pokemon games too, but I dont recall it being this tedious. Then theres the white screen flashes. Super annoying, no warning on seizures and strobing lights. Massive no too. I may one day give this game a try again due to its massive achievements yet im also shocked. I saw a friend who played 15 hours and they barely have anything unlocked. Maybe offline play? Either way, if it takes that long to grind even one achievement, then im out. So even then, theres 100% chance im not playing this again. I tried the 100% game, yes theres another, a board game, and its much much higher quality than this. This has pixel background scenes and it feels weird. It feels cheap. asking over 6 euro for this is a scam. I likely bought this on sale or got it free but i dont remember. Dear friends, avoid this game. Its not worth 6 euro.

So, after playing this killer and survivor after few years, Ive come to the conclusion: The devs want to torment you with the killer. Shes great visually and very original idea with crows and ink. Love that. The issue is the achievements and the audio. While playing as her against other players, the audio is awful. Its this constant horror but at a fast pace. Imagine listening to this for hours upon hours, you will truely go crazy. Whoever thought of this is.. My intrusive brain thought "Idiot" but I find it rude, uncaring for the player who even pays for this. No offence to whoever came up with the music idea, its plain simply torture. You cant remove it either, no options. The tactics are on the go pre-planning with placement of the crow abilities, and its great once you get it. The achievement issue I have with this is you must do it 50 times. 50! I can max get 4 a match if I do really well against players but they catch on and it gets tricky. 50 x 4 = 200 matches. I love playing DbD but having to listen to this awful theme for the killer is just pure torture. This is why I dont recommend this DLC, unless you will never play as the killer and love the survivor. At least I got some funny smile filter app meme´s out of this DLC. For 6,99 torture music? No thanks. Everything else is great, just not the overlooping music when chasing survivors.

Try for free, ruin your steam! I only lasted 3 mins into the game, no stuttering etc, yet it tells me my game crashed due to ram problems. Only other game ive had issues with is Tarkov and thats only few select maps in that game. I'm glad though i got to try this game for free to see how poorly optimized this game is. Not only that it messed with my steam cloud, looping nonstop, had to shut down my pc as it affected it too much. All I got to experience was chopping wood and harvesting berries, come on Relic! XD

Yes. I would recommend this game. But only if you want a good laugh or like simplistic action games and take into consideration of the game possibly not working and having to find a fix for it. They are out there though, guides, discussions etc. Oh and strong language in this title to the point of randomness which makes it only comical.

Richard Marcinko (RIP, a legend is never forgotten), the man who formed Seal Team 6, in his own video game. What could go wrong? Rushing a game can go wrong. This is exactly what happened to this title. The devs messed up and had to scrap together what they had and this is the result. If this was back in 2009, it's fully understandable why people disliked this game. But now it's 2022. And this game is still fun in its own way. It's short though. Took me just around 2.4 hours or so to complete the game in my playstyle on regular difficulty. Now at current full price of 4,99, I would say it's not worth it. Buy this game on sale. And there's a catch too. This game is NOT OPTIMIZED. You will have to download a file and place it in the steam game's folder to make it work.

Replay-ability & achievements: Yes, there is of both but it depends if you enjoy the gameplay. Achievements make it so you can play on the 3 difficulties and try and achieve each achievement. You will not unlock the easy achievement if you complete the game on regular or hard. This game has MP achievements and can only be unlocked if you have friends who wish to play (a total of 7 I believe it was is needed.) Otherwise there are plenty of achievements though most of them are rather easy to get while others require a specific action.

What I liked and was surprised about: The enemy AI can be downed and still fire at you, from a distance you think they are totaled, but they aren't. I even once on easy difficulty came out of cover, in full health and an NPC blasted my face with a shotgun, taking me down instantly, despite he was a fair amount of distance to me. I guess in that moment the numbers of digital fate were against me. And on easy! It's not only you who can blindfire from cover. So can the AI. The ragdoll physics in this game is decent for 2009 but can be funny too. Firing bullets while an NPC is downed at their head makes the physics trigger in an unrealistic, but comical way as if you are pushing their head sideways from the bullets, making the head snap from side to side in an extremely fast pace. The kill animations were great and rather brutal at times even.

The Bads: You're a rogue warrior in a country cut off from supplies, having picked up an AK in the first mission, only to in next mission to have your standard loadout once more. No explanation for this either. So be aware the weapon you picked up will vanish for each new mission.

A hit and miss for Bethesda, but for a price of 2-3 euro it is worth a playthrough. Surprisingly, this game has steam cloud.

Ah yes, Far Harbor.. Fallout 4's Point Lookout DLC in a way.

Content
I highly recommend this DLC for its story and few extra things to do on the island. If you enjoyed the base game alot with everything it offered, then you will enjoy this too. It has a few new enemies, surprises, lots of new locations to explore, intriguing faction ideas and new items/gears/weapons that you can take along with you into the base game afterwards too. This goes for new companion, new settlements (oh the dread) and new perks to acquire depending on the path you decide to take for the island.

Story
A great story that can be approached in different morale ways or the lack thereof. It's a fresh approach from the original F4 wasteland with much more nature and classic horror in the visuals. Think Swamp Thing for this DLC. Lots of fog on this island. There are the classic good, bad and in between endings once more for this DLC too. The story takes you to meet very interesting and well-thought out characters with their own goals and personalities, some which show more in depth than others. If I went into more details I'd ruin what this DLC offers to be explored.

What I enjoyed
I loved the DLC and what it gave, from new items, enemies, locations and I've not even explored everything finished yet. I really enjoyed what the game offers in morals. You enter an island full of monsters and yet you can make humans become monsters themselves. A true tale of guilt, regret, paranoia, stupid impulsive decisions and great example of humans who are naive or narcissistic as well as value of life. I loved for the fact that you have the option to convince someone to leave, so that they can survive despite how selfish they are. Not many other games give this option.
The OST was amazing as always with Inon Zur once more showing his skills in the musical craft. While running around and exploring the island a repeating tune would play which really captivates the feeling of loss and tragedy and hits you right in the emotions. The example I talk of is this at 1:01 to 1:59: https://youtu.be/xaKuG8CYpXU?t=63

What I didn't enjoy
Somewhat Spoilers:
At one point in the storyline, you will have to do sequences of a simulation. These were tedious and boring, the first ten minutes were enough to sate my interest in it but the rest of it was just annoying.

What I found odd
Somewhat Spoilers:
Early on, Far Harbor's characters immediately give off a stange vibe from them due to their face's. Which might sound odd if you haven't played the DLC, let alone Fallout 4's basis game, but if you do, you will immediately notice this upon arrival at Far Harbor. It's not only at this place but other places, the NPC's have different face proportions, which does make it more realistic, but throughout F4's main game/storyline, all npc's have almost the same facial proportions, unlike FH, where it's constant almost, 70% out of 100%. It is as if the developers wanted to change this from the main game and just went crazy with the face sculpting.

Important for previous Fallout 3/FNV DLC buyers
In case you played dlc's like Fallout 3's The Pitt or Fallout New Vegas' Dead Money, with Far Harbor YOU CAN leave the island at any point (minus the very heavy storyline moments). You don't lose all your gear upon starting the DLC and can return once again.

If you're in the mood for more Fallout 4 content, then this DLC is worth it's current price tag. If you're not, sail on and avoid this island of mystery and forever be clouded in its fog.
