If my friends cannot play this game (due to their countries of residence), I will have to drop it as well.

Even though Sony has reverted their decision. I still cannot recommend this game to new players due to Sony greediness. Maybe wait and see if it is still in good standing a month or two after this whole debacle.
If you ever see another Sony game up on Steam; remind yourself of what happened here.
