I really didn't like the game. The presentation, art and small fun history bits and jokes are great but the gameplay I found very lacking and boring. EVERY SINGLE RUN you play will go like this Upgrade turrets > Stack buff cards > Buff your stats for 15 minutes until the game ends. It is a very boring loop that gets repetitive quick and using one turret or another doesn't change much other than the visuals. After each one of your turns you have 15-20 seconds of useless downtime where you just have to wait because 95% of the time you will just delete the enemies as soon as they are in range and active skills are better set in auto anyways so you have nothing to do just wait until you can buff your damage another 50% and pass turn again. Characters range from boring to annoying and don't really change how you play the game. You unlock cards with progression but many of them are just straight up bad and they clog the options you are offered, the game is still really easy anyways though.

The game on steam is an old version of the game in browser , if you want to play more than 200H I dont recomend play on steam
