so basically its awe some.

(My Playtime is not representative, i played most of my time in offline mode, my Playthrough took over 60hrs.)

My favourite game in the series.
Fantastic combat, great writing and characters.
Also maybe the prettiest game ive played.
Gonna replay with other classes and factions for years to come probably.

Look. Players WANTED this to release this early.
Its rough. Incredibly so. But what is here has so much potential.
A PVE focused extraction shooter with a crazy good art-direction and incredible music.
Making the two (three?) fighting factions the main obstacle but also a tool for distractions is such a great idea.
Right now it plays a little ♥♥♥♥ tho sadly. Moving your scav feels like running through thick pudding, and the shooting is not much better.
Yet i still come back to it on the regular to get a few runs in, just to see more of the levels, see more crazy enemy designs, more interactions between the fighting forces.

The one thing i really hope they change is how your water rescource is used up.
Right now you need water to keep your base running. One Canister of Water counts for one whole day. Realtime. But it also keeps running out while you are not playing the game. And once you run out, most of your upgrades get reset, and your stash gets emptied. I dont feel punishing the player for not spending all of his time with the forever winter is the right move here, and i really hope something about this can be changed in the future.

Had some physic glitches that yeeted me off a platform but nothing to make me seriously angry.
Nice new items, gorgeous new music and locations.

What if Payday had AI that actually does ♥♥♥♥ and was a weird roguelike with Chuck Norris and Vanilla Ice in it.

No that far into it yet but gosh, its beautiful, sounds amazing and plays great.
Love the atmosphere and comsic horror elements. Tho i would love some work to be done with inventory management, and i would appreciate a more readable font to be added.

Yeah this one rules after the update.
