I would recommend it for casual play with friends, I am not fully able to review it as I am afraid of the RMT, P2W aspect in future.

The Lords of the Fallen: A Worthy Contender in the Soulslike Realm

In the saturated world of Soulslike games, finding a title that stands out as more than just a copycat is a rarity. However, The Lords of the Fallen manages to carve its niche with an engaging blend of challenging gameplay, atmospheric world-building, and a touch of innovation. While it might not dethrone the reigning champions, it certainly earns its place as one of the best Soulslike game on the market.

Gameplay (9/10):
The gameplay in The Lords of the Fallen strikes a delicate balance between punishing difficulty and rewarding progression. Combat is weighty and deliberate, requiring strategic timing and patience, akin to what Soulslike aficionados love. The game introduces a unique magic system that adds depth to the combat, allowing players to experiment with various playstyles. However, it occasionally stumbles with hitbox issues and unbalanced enemy encounters, leading to frustrating moments that hinder the overall experience.

Graphics and Atmosphere (9.5/10):
Visually, The Lords of the Fallen shines. The meticulously crafted environments are grim and atmospheric, echoing the brooding aesthetics of the Souls series. From ancient, decrepit castles to hauntingly beautiful swamps, each location feels rich in history and lore. The character designs are detailed, and the enemy variety is commendable, enhancing the immersion. The game excels in creating a dark, foreboding atmosphere that keeps players on the edge of their seats.

Storyline and Lore (7.5/10):
While the narrative doesn't reach the heights of FromSoftware's masterpieces, The Lords of the Fallen weaves an intriguing tale set in a world rife with mystery and ancient powers. The lore is deep, allowing players to unravel the secrets of the fallen lampbearers and the protagonist's connection to them. However, the storytelling could be more cohesive, as some plot elements feel disjointed or underdeveloped.

Sound and Music (9/10):
Sound design in The Lords of the Fallen is top-notch. The clashing of weapons, the footsteps echoing in desolate halls, and the ambient noises contribute significantly to the overall immersive experience. The soundtrack, while not as memorable as some of its counterparts, complements the dark atmosphere effectively, enhancing the emotional impact of key moments.

Innovation (9/10):
Although The Lords of the Fallen borrows heavily from the Soulslike formula, it attempts to innovate with its Umbral system. While these innovations don't revolutionize the genre, they provide a fresh perspective and add a layer of complexity that sets the game apart from mere imitation.

Conclusion:
In the grand tapestry of Soulslike games, The Lords of the Fallen emerges as a commendable addition. It successfully captures the essence of the genre while introducing its own unique elements. With challenging gameplay, stunning visuals, and a haunting atmosphere, it stands proudly as my second best Soulslike game available, offering a captivating experience for fans of punishing action RPGs.

Overall Rating: 9/10 - A Worthy Contender in the Soulslike Realm

Remnant 2 is an absolute gem of a game that offers players an exhilarating and immersive experience in a unique and engaging world. From its captivating storyline to its diverse gameplay mechanics, this game truly shines in so many aspects.

First and foremost, the narrative of Remnant 2 is a masterpiece. The developers have crafted a rich and complex lore that draws players into a post-apocalyptic realm filled with mystery, danger, and thrilling encounters. The game's world-building is top-notch, and every corner of the environment feels meticulously designed, offering a sense of wonder with every step.

The combat system in Remnant 2 is a true highlight. The game offers a wide range of weapons and abilities, allowing players to tailor their playstyle to their liking. Whether you prefer long-range precision or up-close-and-personal melee attacks, the combat never gets stale and keeps you on your toes throughout your journey. The challenge presented by various enemies and boss battles is both satisfying and rewarding, pushing players to improve their skills and strategies.

Furthermore, the cooperative multiplayer mode adds an extra layer of excitement to the game. Playing with friends or teaming up with strangers creates a sense of camaraderie and fosters a wonderful gaming community. The cooperative aspect also promotes teamwork and coordination, making every encounter an enjoyable team effort.

The graphics and art design of Remnant 2 deserve applause. The visuals are stunning, with vibrant landscapes and beautifully rendered environments that truly immerse players in the game's world. The attention to detail, especially in character models and weapon designs, is remarkable.

Despite the game's undeniable strengths, it is worth acknowledging that there are some optimization and FPS drop issues.Tthese technical hiccups can be frustrating at times, and we cannot really hope that the developers will fix that, instead of fix they provided just excuse that it was developped with DLSS in mind...

In conclusion, Remnant 2 is a fantastic game that promises countless hours of thrilling gameplay and an enthralling adventure. Its captivating story, dynamic combat system, and beautiful world design make it a must-play for fans of the genre. While there are some optimization issues that can occasionally hinder the experience, the overall quality of the game shines through.

Yo, what's good gamers! Just wanted to drop a quick review for Rimworld on Steam. This game is straight fire, yo! It's got everything you need in a survival/management sim: base building, resource management, and a whole lot of drama. The gameplay is super engaging and will have you hooked for hours on end. The AI storyteller keeps things interesting by throwing random events your way, so no two playthroughs are ever the same. Plus, the modding community is insane and there are so many cool mods to add even more depth to the game. If you're into survival games, Rimworld is a must-play. It's got me addicted and I ain't even mad about it. 10/10 would recommend to any fellow gamer.

Absolutely yes, worthy Vermintide successor in W40K! Tide is a seriously sick game, yo. I've been playing it nonstop since I picked it up and I'm not even close to getting sick of it. The gameplay is tight, the controls are smooth, and the graphics are top-notch.

The storyline is deep and immersive, with tons of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. The character development is also on point, with each character feeling unique and fully fleshed out.

But what really sets Tide apart is the multiplayer aspect. The online matches are intense, but also super fun. With a ton of different challenges and objectives to tackle.

Overall, Tide is a must-play for any gamer. It's got everything you could want in a game: great gameplay, an engaging storyline, and killer multiplayer action. So go ahead and add it to your library, you won't regret it.

I can absolutely recommend this game after diablo immortal disappointment. So far it seems to be F2p friendly and it is fun, similar to Path of exile in many good aspects.
