Insanely fun game, great for playing with friends.

It's a great and complex country and army spreadsheet simulator. I would recommend getting the DLCs via the subscription and unsubscribing when you stop playing, it will likely end up costing less given that eu4 is towards the end of it's development cycle, and you'll get the full experience.

War-focused Grand Strategy game. Takes a good few hours and videos to actually understand if it's the first paradox game. It's "realistic" but in a fairly simplifying way. Also don't get to deep into trying to understand the meta or you'll just ruin your own experience, AI is fairly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ once you actually start understand how the game is optimized.
