excellent movement systems, fun combat, and proper free form exploration!

The sequel I never knew I wanted and it delivers.
Every time I unlocked a new major item a wide smile was plastered on my face.
The music is great, the combat is satisfying, and the new systems just keep on showing how small changes can majorly affect how a metroidvania feels, Definitely play this game, but Highly encourage playing the previous title to appreciate the changes between the two

Simple but fun ARPG, endgame gets pretty tough but definitely an interesting classed based ARPG set in Warhammer 40k universe. Only major criticism is environments get samey very quick

I ate a severed head with spine attached. 10/10 whens DLC? (game is rather short)

Great action pacing and character progression that makes you feel bad ass as you get better at it. rogue lite elements help make runs a bit more unique so it doesn't get too repetitive. Lastly the developers are still working to make this product a better experience, even tho it already was one in early access. Long term satisfaction guaranteed. Have died hundreds of times will die hundreds of times more to complete it!

game has solid SotN mechnics but is a bit on the short side. worthwhile if you want a flavorfully different but similar metroidvania to the classics

A well translated 3D sequel. The gameplay techniques are very different and have more of a learning curve in order to work with 3 Axis but the action is just as chaotic and awesome.

10/10 look forward to the full release

If you love metroid games, this is a must have, between the level, sound, and enemy design it satisfies and itch that hasn't been scratch in a long time. The other biggest selling point is the intentional glitchy mechanics, that's taking nostalgia to the next level. Other things to mention, difficulty curve exists, and there are points where you hit a wall, usually a boss fight or two, eventually you'll get it, with patience and practice.

Lastly, after finishing, this game left me wanting more, thankfully the developer is gonna make more games (presumably a sequel).

You know how you have nostalgia for an old 2D game, and you come back to it and the graphics werent as good as you remembered? In this game, the graphics are as good as you remembered. Nostalgia goggles are on fullblast.
