During the game that prompted my childish comment, I was on the final hook, meaning once hooked by the killer I would die. One gen remained, and although uninjured, I would not have been able to continue the chase much longer. That's when I noticed a final pallet not yet destroyed by the killer. This pallet would have given me roughly an extra 30 seconds before I ultimately died.
"Damn, that's crazy" noticed this. They ran over to me as I was about to use the final pallet and blocked me from initiating my plan. This caused me to be injured by the killer, but the injury made me to temporarily ignore collisions, allowing me to phase through "Damn, that's crazy" and escape the chase as they took my place, with them proceeding to loop the killer for another four minutes.
Due to the often toxic nature of DBD, it can be difficult to determine a player’s intent. I am truly sorry for not seeing your reasoning sooner.
On a stormy night
When I’ve lost my way
Or losing my fight
When everything in the world seems hazy
You’re always there to say “Damn thats crazy”
