765 Hours played, The histoic events that trigger are great. Mastering them and bending them to your will... Well thats another story. lol. I have randomly added some of the expacs and wish I would just get them all. I know that some of these achievements seemed impossible, until I had gotten common sense? or one of them that overworked the economy and suddenly ... Finances weren't a struggle. I love this game and look forward to another 765 hours played. Definatly Pick this game up, and if you can get a whole set with all the addons go for it. Since I have a mix and match of them I will have to continue waiting for sales and pick up random ones here and there till am all there. I know personally I dont really care about the dlc's giving me extra portraits of people/units or a random new tree on the map... woopty do, IMO. So I save my money for the stuff that hits the mechanics and improves the game.

I love this game! Version 2.0 is even better, it was a learning curve at first but i definatly prefer it afterwards. The more species I make, the more I like the game, it is funny that how I set them up, model after other sci-fi star wars/star trek factions...is exactly how they turn out in the game when the AI plays them. Fun to watch, and at least I know what to expect from them :)

I have just started this game, but the mechanics and many of the other aspects of the game seeem to be great. Just a straight great game. Not trying to over complicate it yet still have a solid stream line cool details abotu the game. I wasn't sure how mounted archery was going to work, but I think they did a spledid job. I didn't expect this game, to be something that I wanted like this, starting off in the medievil times and raise up and adventure, conquer, trade or w/e. Do what ya do :)

I love this game! It rocks!

I would suggest getting this, having a blast playing the co-op campaign with my friend.
