Quick disclaimer, I'm not sure that this game is being updated anymore.
This game is very fun if you enjoy slightly in depth combat that feels very impactful. I don't know what the cost is these days, but I will say I've come back to this game several times and it's always enjoyable for the handful of hours I play at a time. I usually play the somewhat roguelike arena mode, but the story mode is also fun. It's a pretty hard game for a casual player like myself, but not so hard it isn't fun.

This game was really fun when I was ten.


Too bad I'm not still 10. None of the fun aspects of the game are in it anymore, and every time you log in there's about 500 notifications to click through about events that nobody does. Seems like nobody even plays any more, because none of the "party quests" are being done. There's basically no reason to play unless you like playing endless monotony simulators.
