Notice how everyone trashing the game has played for 20 mins or less ? Notice how most of the moaning is because they haven't bothered to read what was announced would be included at early access launch before they purchased ? Have you also noticed that the 'top' negative review trashed the game after playing for 20 mins then carried on playing ? They must really hate the game to carry on playing !

It seems to me certain people are so desperate for upvotes and awards they spew forth negativity as they realise trashing games and being negative, even if it is based on virtually no gameplay whatsoever, appeals to the individuals with a negative sort of mindset.


Do you enjoy Steel Division Normandy ? Do you enjoy Steel Division 2 ? Interested in the Cold War period ? Are you prepared to be bothered to read whats included at the moment and understand its early access and not the full game ? Then I'm sure you will enjoy this, its a lot of fun. Like with any game things need amending and tweaking, and they will be in the coming weeks and months. At the moment the game includes one US division and one Soviet Division, but with many more divisions and maps to be added plus East and West Germany and the UK its very promising.

Ignore the reviews based on less than an hours gameplay, manage your expectations and buy while its on a discount. Or don't buy, wait until more content is added. Just don't buy the game based on zero knowledge of whats included at present and then whinge about it on Steam, or trash the game to garner upvotes and awards. If you don't like it if you buy it, refund it and leave a constructive review.

The game has turned into a total money grab pandering to the Russian and Chinese market. DLC high value ships, Russia and China and Poland even in the Caribbean in the age of sail ? Laughable.

Used to be a great game and historically accurate, the devs these days are interested in money only and have ruined the only game of its kind.

Absolutely not recommended anymore with regret, save your money and go and buy Age of Sail
