The story for Shadowbringers is a masterpiece.
Easily one of the best storylines I've experienced in both singleplayer and multiplayer games.

And of course, stellar soundtrack as expected.

TLDR; Best in the series. Amazing soundtrack.

Long version:

What can I say about this fighting masterpiece? I've been playing Tekken since it's first game though I've only gone through 1, 3, 5 and now 7. I'm by no means a pro, I know the basics, know a few combos and have fun.
Having only just returned to Tekken I must say that this is easily the best in the series.

Not messing with a winning formula, we get the same familiar technical gameplay though with some new additions.
A new rage system which is essentially a despair move with flashy animations. Some special characters like Akuma and Eliza also use a resource system of their own which allows them to use special moves.
Also, without dumbing down the gameplay they managed to lower the entry bar for newer players.

The soundtrack is yet again the best in the series and includes those of previous games as well.
Fighting a certain someone under the sound of Heat Haze Shadow 2nd as the fight transitioned was absolutely epic.

The game is powered by the Unreal Engine 4. For it's insane graphics and animations the game runs surprisingly well on PC.
It doesn't feel like a port at all.
We also get character customization now (though I'm not sure if this was present on previous games in the series). This comes in the form of unlocks, like sunglasses, clothes, effects, etc...

As for the story, it's very short but it gets back on track into the interesting part of the Tekken lore bringing a degree of closure the Mishima storyline.
Side characters also have individual story missions, but they're really only one match and one video. This part was somewhat disappointing if we compare it to the likes of Tekken 3. But by no means does it hinder an otherwise amazing game.

I've tried the online mode briefly and so far I've had no issues with connection stability or latency. I'm used to fighting games having plenty of online issues so this was a pleasant surprise.

Tekken 7 is a very well polished game and having already been out in Japanese arcades for awhile one can also say it's balance also had time to mature.

For those already familiar with Tekken, this is the best in the series and definitely a must have.
For those unfamiliar, this is good time to get into it. The entry barrier is lower and it allows new\returning players to build up their skill on their own by trial and error without looking at the moves list too much.

The feeling when you're eating that delicious meal your grandmother cooked with love.
That's what you get when playing this game.

What trully distinguishes this MMO from other themeparks is the polish, the attention to detail, and the frequent content updates that it gets. It's a game you feel was done with care and is still being cared for.

"FFXIV:A Realm Reborn" stands completely in contrast to it's initial disastrous release "FFXIV (2012)".
Naoki Yoshida trully pulled a "Final Fantasy" on this game, much like Square did with the original game in 1987 which ended up saving the company from bankrupcy.

This is the game that made me understand why everyone praises Platinum Games to the heavens.
It's an absolute must play!

UPDATE 1:When I initially reviewed this game I mentioned the fact that you couldn't play it offline, but it turns out it wasn't intended to be that way. It wa a Steam Api related but and Platinum Games\Konami moved to apply a fix for it in less than 24h.
So good work on that one!

UPDATE 2: I've played the game for a bit longer and it's been an amazing experience so far. The gameplay is fast paced and flashy but it's not a brainless button masher, you actually require some finesse to pull parries and combos at the right time.
Blade mode is extremely satisfying, allowing you to slice the enemies into pieces in all directions.
Every battle has this epic feel to it, and the soundtrack is just the cherry on top of the cake as the battle themes slowly progress to their climax as the battle reaches it's conclusion.

Early Review:

I haven't played for very long but so far the game seems interesting.
The art-style is great but the graphics do seem a bit dated for a 2013 game, I'm playing it at 1920x1080 and you do notice the low-res textures on both characters and scenario. No doubt because it's a console port, and even with these imperfections the game does look pretty and honestly with everything in motion and so much action you barely even notice it.

Gameplay-wise the game is very very good. As I've stated I haven't gone very deep into the game but it actually plays rather well on a mouse\keyboard, even blade mode works with the mouse which came as a good surprise since it's a port and usually developers don't bother optimizing this kind of thing.
I'll still probably play it with a gamepad in the end, but it's good to know that they went all in to support mouse and keyboard too.

In terms of performance the minimum requirements on the page may be a bit over-cautious, considering it lists an i5 as being required and I'm running the game pretty much maxed @50~60fps on a Core 2 Duo machine I built back in 2007...
So I don't think performance will be a problem for anyone. The game runs surprisingly well!

I don't really know the console version of this game so I don't know if it has Japanese VO with English subtitles but I was rather disappointed to find out that I'm stuck with English VO on the PC version.
The soundtrack with plenty of melodic death metal tracks, totally makes up for it! It has to be one of the best soundtracks I've heard in a game. Fighting Metal Gear Ray to "RULES OF NATURE" is an epic experience \m/ >_< \m/ *headbang*

This game may be a port, but while it's not perfect but it's pretty close!
Regardless of it's imperfections, Metal Gear Rising's fantastic gameplay combined with one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard makes me mark it as a MUST PLAY.

I've never been that much of an Assassin's Creed fan, but this time Ubisoft managed to put together a fantastic title.
They seemed to have picked up the ground combat, stealth and complexity of their cities from their previous games and combined it in a land and sea open world along with exploration and hunting elements clearly borrowed from Farcry 3.
And of course they elevated the naval combat from Assassin's Creed 3 to a whole new level in Black Flag.

You can engage in countless activities such as whaling, boarding poor unsuspecting merchant barges, assassination contracts or simply... exploration. There's just so much to do, though by far the activities done at sea are the most fun.

For those who played or still remember Sea Dogs and later Pirates of the Caribean, this title is definetely reminiscent of those and is definetely worth it.
For those who have never experienced the joys of looting and pludering this is also a must play at some point.
