Game itself is not bad, but:
- smurfs. Usually it is jackpot. You will play with smurfs or against.
- Toxic players. Tons of toxic players. Not possible to chill out.
- Weird managemnt of maps. Removing good one's adding crappy. Why not to let players choose?!
- Servers are not the best ones
- Cheaters. Less obvious cheaters, but cheaters which knows how to hide it.
- Bugs reported long time ago but not fixed still.

All of it together make this game unplayable. To say more Valve doesn't care about players. Just focus on competitive playing and tournametnts only.
So if you are looking for game which you can enjoy in nice atmosphear, find another game.

Very good game, which prrove that early access games can be good.

+ developers are improving game all the time
+ regular updates
+ in case of problemes answer and fix is very fast
+ very good community and contact with developers
+ a lot of mods

- still some bugs, but they are solving it in next realesaes
