This game will sometimes just crash and then ban you from comp when it fails to reconnect you to the game you were in.

Sony has announced that they are not going to require people to link a PSN account to their steam account anymore so my review is now switching to positive. This game is a very fun horde shooter and is made even more fun with the ongoing campaigns and the community. It's also very fun to drop bombs on your friends.. However there are still some issues I have with the game.

The last War bond (packs of new equipment) consisted of mostly broken or terrible weapons (one of which got nerfed for some reason) and armor that is just reskins of armor we already have. The next war bond also just has armor reskins. For context the first two war bonds had armor with new perks.

Also, with every new update the performance seems to get worse and the list of bugs seems to grow. I know that bug fixing can be hard, but when more issues seem to pop up it can get annoying. They also have released new content that is broken, some of it because of known bugs (they released a new grenade that does Dot, even though DoT has been broken for a long time) or is so broken that any amount of testing should've caught the issue (an upgrade that does something super obvious but that did nothing when it was first released, or a set of armor just having the wrong perk on it)

After getting a taste of what the bosses are going to be like with the first one, I decided I'm just not interested in bosses that require you to use a specific setup/weapon to beat and then also leave the play area so you can't even attack them with that weapon.

The DLC now actually gives you the items it says it will give you. I'm still going to leave this as not recommended because it took a day to actually receive the items

While I do recommend this game, I do not recommend it at full price. Buy it when it is on sale.

Edit: For some insane reason the devs have decided that years after release you should be required to install Epic to play a game on Steam, which means I no longer recommend the game.

While this game starts out fun, and I will probably play more of it, I can't recommend this game because of how much grinding it requires you to do, and how much they will charge you if you want to try and skip some of the grind. The game also can randomly decide that it should be completely unbalanced, and throw you into lobbies that have players with vehicles that are significantly better than yours.
