A well distinguished man is walking through the hood, as people see him walk down the street, a group of thugs eye him down and decide to follow him. The group of gangsters follow the man into the elevator, where they take him into their secret lair. When the man arrives, the harsh organization of gangster's that run the hood strip him of all his belongings, and hold him hostage in their secret lair. It is now up to the town sheriff to rescue the man, and arrest the gangster organization for their crimes against the town.
