Changed the review because Sony backed off, you just dont mess with a community that completed a major order against 2 billion Terminids in 12 hours and made a mega corp bent a knee in 3 days.

Kudos to the developers for standing alongside the community and may democracy fly forever more

love the game so far, i dont get why people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the cosmetic micro transactions when they can accept the ones in sea of thieves or fortnight, i dont get why people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and salty about dying in a game where you rinse repeat like hades, i also dont get why the hate for season rewards, i personally love it, i love the choice that i can game with either 10 people, or be comfy with 2 or 3 people let alone 5 in a party like a raid from WoW or Path of Exile....

So far enjoying it, go to the discord and be part of the community, make new friends and just game together, people are also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about servers and how bad it is ping wise, like hello? it got released barely a day, the fact the devs stuck to their guns and worked to a fully developed game instead of early access after 5 years of labour says a lot.

The developers are responsive, responsible and they listen to the players, this game is still early access but omg, its your own slice of life as your are building up a town from nothing, i hope as it goes on, npcs coming over to trade and interact will be a thing, or even npc coming over to fight you and such but by far, its looking great, it feels great, i even nominated this game for best game of the year, this game and its relaxing mode is one of those games getting me through the lockdown, talk about a form of escape, cant thank the devs enough for adding more and delivering what they promised in their road map :D

If you love Left 4 Dead, you would love this game sigh, i dont wanna BS im doing this for the nominations, who am i kidding i dont reviews, what can i say thats honestly awesome about this game, i love playing games with people, being stuck in this room at home during the holidays before the new semester makes me feel like playing games that promote human interaction, i love the fact that this game has the progression to boot that makes it worthwhile to achieve something, i love the dwarf, more my style of a shotgunner and such and i always want to be a palladin of sorts, or in this case a dwarf tank, get this game, love it or hate it, i miss the LAN days of playing games with my friends from high school and such, this is the closest i have to those good old days, i wont lie to the community, play this if you love L4D, again im doing this for the nomination :c sorry

If you have ever played Diablo series or any ARPG games, try Van Helsing mixed with the blood and gore of Diablo series and now reskinned and flared with everything warhammer universe can throw at ya.

You take control of an Inquistor which basically splits between 3 classes, Female Exclusive Assassins which basically equals to that of a demon hunter, A crusader class which equals to that of a captain class space marine or basically a crusader from diablo and a psycher which equals to a mage.

What those classes and thier variants do is up to you to explore, lets go to what the games pros and cons are shall we?

Pros:
Warhammer Universe inspired theme of an ARPG

Story wise, have you really ever experienced heresy at its core purge wise as an Inquisitor?

Graphics are 10/10 no joke, specially when servers are smooth

Community......less toxic save from forums, just dont argue with the crazy community on forums, ingame wise, they are friendly and helpful

Gameplay wise, no button mashing, easy controlls, no over the top skills, just pure fun of blood and gore

Crafting...omg when you hit crafting, its a whole new world for it

Cabals/Guilds, the true core of this game, for you never go alone when purging heresy and chaos

Cons:
Gets boring too fast if you dont roll with someone laughing and dying together, legit, it sucks playing alone, buddy up and enjoy or you end up yawning through it, be warned...

Story mode is too easy

No language setting for those who feel comfy to play so in thier own respected language preference

Female's are only exclusive to one class, that being Assassins, soooo those who want to have a badass crusader female....sorry folks, looks like you have to stare at a males ass instead of admiring the thot of that smoking hot female bod :c

Chat box will annoy you, be warned

Weapons still need to be re-worked a bit

Conclusion:
Game would be awesome if female toons could be made non exclusive<<< Emphasize on this because im a dude who appreciates the detail of a fine 2D Woman ingame, also do note servers will get clunky from time to time but overall devs are constantly on it.

10/10 for a very ambitious take on a Warhammer Universe game that being an ARPG this time around.

Easy to play

battles are messy
combat is meh and boring

well i tired it and honestly after a few battles, it was meh, always loved tank battles and such, thought this game could provide at least, was anticcipating it, its just no for me, maybe for the rest it could be something

Played this game and started a tribe in here, few notes before we get further into the game, INGAME LOOT IS INDIVIDUAL, sooo play nice with people, i suggest go in a group, adopt a mindset in which no loot is worth the risk, never go in alone, and never take the risk when you know there is much to lose.... like legit, your items will be gone (can be recovered) if you die, lets not get started on the passive gear loots

Pros:
RO style gameplay
Easy to learn
Great house custom to make you feel at home
Community is great and helpful
fast paced combat (no brainer)
Crafting is epicly fun and demanding

Cons
Community has developed an every player for themselves, specially high levels who will leave you to die
instructions not properly given, you will do a lot of mistakes before getting the hang of it
there isnt any direct or proper order in which you get skills
Adventure (dungeon) is avoided because again, community abuses it for easy rewards, instead of bothering to do it
Crafting is very demanding
Passive gears (gears you get like medic gloves or such) will be gone forever when you die
No map...thats right folks, no map, sooo you gotta memorize the layout of the maps and get the hang of it
Repetitive (very grindy)
No option to improve bagspace........so manage well. because thats all the space you are getting

Conclusion
All the info you need by far is in the Wiki, that includes chat commands and such, because it will not be stated save for the popup when you either join a party or tribe.....

Beyond that my vote for this years "gives you nightmares" award will eventually be this game, because i dreamt about constantly being stuck in a dungeon on the verge of dying always lol....

Oh boy where do i begin with this gem of an MMO, first impression was very boring if i were to be honest, but as you gradually meet the community, the dev whos constantly in the game named Snarlax who constantly does PSA and whom you can confine to in regards to the game and the mechanics and the fact they have a discord makes eeverything different.

Imagine if you will Dungeons and Dragons, now that feel as an MMO, can imagine how chaotic it can be as your making decissions on your turn with timers, in a party of 6, it is uber fun and less boring, speically with the benefits and the battles that scales to your party rank.

I highly recommend this game to those seeking a quiet MMO where you can farm, and have a slice at life whilst at the same time going on an adventure, to me honestly, its like the Anime Log Horizon, really felt that way, i hope this game never dies, and its community keeps growing, at the very least the devs actually listens to you.

Happily killing people next to my buddies in the [4th] Foot Regiment, joking about how the heck we are all still alive in the midst of french volley fire, one of my buddies Recruit Flowers popped his head out, cannon fire hit him as he said, "i hope i dont die" we lel for a bit before a mortar fire from the french killed us all, epic senseless fun

FYI you have people boom blasting techno music in the middle of battle XD

Its like Activasion shifted over and started a new company XD

If you guys have loved the total war series before it went baka in Rome 2, this is the Medieval game we always wanted, the true aspect is blocky for now but the potential and the fact it was on sale pushed me to go for this game, do grab it, its a great early access for now

Pros:
Awesome immerse medieval feel
You can control a city and shore up the defenses and make it uber before ultimately recking stuff
Easy to grasp (tutorial helps)
Easy Combat
Easy building tootips

Cons:
Gets boring too fast
less challenge
no faction units
generic units
Longbow Archers are OP (i conquered a city using them easily)
Siege units are very inaccurate (like the medieval times)
AI is clunky and gives you a timefram before it goes active (i managed to sneak my army into the city gates)

Give the devs a chance, i truly believe this game can be something in the near future :D
