Sonic Mania is a love letter to the classic Sonic games of the '90s, and it's a reminder of why we fell in love with the blue blur in the first place. From the moment you start playing, you're greeted with vibrant visuals, catchy tunes, and that trademark sense of speed that made Sonic an icon.
What sets Sonic Mania apart is its meticulous attention to detail. Every level feels like a lovingly crafted homage to the original games, while still introducing fresh ideas and surprises. Whether you're speeding through Green Hill Zone or exploring the twisted corridors of Studiopolis, there's always something new to discover. The gameplay is tight and responsive, capturing the essence of the classic Sonic experience while adding just enough modern polish to keep things feeling fresh. The addition of new moves like the Drop Dash adds an extra layer of depth to the gameplay, allowing for even more creative ways to zip through levels.
But perhaps the best thing about Sonic Mania is the sheer joy it brings. Whether you're a longtime fan of the series or experiencing Sonic for the first time, there's an infectious energy to the game that's impossible to resist. It's a celebration of everything that made Sonic great, and a must-play for anyone who loves platformers or just wants to experience some pure, unadulterated fun. Highly recommended for fans old and new alike.

"I Made A Game With Zombies In It", was originally an XBOX360 game by Ska Studios it is a fun twin-stick shooter and very short and easy to complete with just a little time and patience. The music is probably the best part of the game with a song named after the title of the game. It was a dollar on XBOX360 but on Steam it is free, if you like fun twin-stick shooters with a catchy song that will probably stay stuck in your head for a day give this game a try!

Little Nightmares is an excellent story driven platformer with creepy moments and Dark Souls style lore where you have to piece together and come up with your own interpretation has to what exactly is happening into this mysterious vessel called "The Maw." Each inhabitant of the Maw is horribly disfigured making each encounter with these 'people' very intriguing making you want to play and learn more from this wonderful game. Adding more to the mystery of the game is Six our protagonist that we play through the entirety of the game. You don't learn a lot about Six as there is no dialog throughout the game with gestures being the only way of emoting.
Gameplay is largely based on platforming and puzzle solving with stealth being the only defense in the game as the crew of the Maw will give you an instant gameover as soon as Six is spotted.
The three episode DLC is very short but mind blowing at it's conclusion, you play as a different protagonist known as the Runaway Kid. Gameplay is largely the same with the Kid gaining a Flashlight (Torch for the UK folks) and the added help of using the Gnomes to help you (think Nintendo's own Pikmin) is something I wish was in the main game.
Overall Little Nightmares is a great game, if you like horror, puzzle solving, stealth and platformers this is something I highly recommend

If you are a fan of the Metal Slug series and like tower defense games this is the game for you! It has just about every character from the Metal Slug lore and even characters from other SNK games like Ikari Warriors and The King of Fighters. This title is also available on mobile devices as well but I find it far more enjoyable with a PC monitor and a mouse. Even if you are unfamiliar with SNK, Metal Slug or any of their other titles but enjoy Tower Defense its an fun game that, I'm sure you will enjoy!
