Feels like one of those AA games from the 2010 generation.

Trying to be a souls like game but the combat is just a bit too clunky for that. Combat isn't hard to master, but the way enemies are designed means sometimes you cant tell if an attack is blockable or not until they are already swinging it, which is kinda annoying. Even dodging isn't always the play since MANY enemy attacks have such a wide arc that you just dodge into the other side of the arc.

The story line is relatively forgettable, but the concept of the world is actually interesting. I liked the beginning with a ww1 tech level army fighting in trench warfare against endless undead hordes. I wish it stayed with that concept more. I would have enjoyed a gritty and miserable trench warfare setting more than one that kind of turns into a forgettable Dragon age style fantasy world.
The voice acting is decent enough that it did not suck me in or push me out of the world, to be expected with a AA game.

The game is pretty though!

I'd say a solid 7/10. Pick up for no more than $20.

Editing my review after beating a certain boss that reminds me of Malenia. I absolutely love this game. I desperately hope it gets DLC or a sequel <3. I bought the Premium upgrade as proof I like it.

First played this game near release in a competition with a friend to see who could beat it first.... Spoiler alert; We both gave up after it melted out brains. I attempted it again years later and was able to finally Beat it. What a fantastic puzzle game. 10/10

Surprisingly good. Randomly recommended a yt video about this game, played the demo, and immediately bought it. If you enjoyed any of the elder scrolls games, you will like this game.

8 hours in and I am still unlocking basic mechanics and i feel like I have barely progressed... but in a good way. lots to unlock. it explains what it needs to but also lets you discover enough that it feels great when you figure something out.

Enjoyable Game. Enough little details to keep me immersed. Simple economy but it works.

Likely GOTY.

The campaign is little more than a proof of concept at this point. It's neat. But has no substance.

Perfect game.

Solid gameplay and physics . Great fun to just pop in and play for a bit
