INGREDIENTES
Farinha fina (preferencialmente) 250 g
Ovos 2
Leite 300 ml
Margarina morna derretida 70 g
Açúcar 1 colher de sopa

PREPARAÇÃO
Numa tigela, bater os ovos, juntar o açúcar, a margarina derretida morna, o leite e a farinha. Bater bem até obter uma massa homogénea.
Aquecer em lume médio uma frigideira anti-aderente e pincelá-la com óleo ou margarina. Deitar uma concha do preparado e deixar cozinhar uns minutos até aparecerem "furinhos" na massa.
Virar com a ajuda de uma espátula e deixar alourar. Repetir a operação até esgotar a massa.

Dicas
Servir polvilhado com açúcar e canela. Também pode acompanhar com compota, gelado, mel, chocolate derretido, leite condensado ou com fruta fresca.
