I've been watching this game on and off since it was first announced, and in my opinion not only was it a great game at 1.0, they just kept adding stuff.

If you like hard core survival games (though it does have different difficulty settings of course), then you have to try this game.

The short of it: a classic city-management game like Pharoah or Ceaser that promises to be even more.

The long of it: I am really enjoying this game so far, and the fast response I got when I was struggling with the game from the developer his/herself. It's already pretty fun, and I love that it's going to keep having updates to balanced and improve the game.

It might not be completely polished yet but it's still already fun to play and will get even better. Definitely recommend!

Wish I could recommend this game but, even with being early access, there really isn't much to the game yet.
