it was pretty fun to play but the game was really easy to beat and ending was pretty underwhelming

its essentially a jumpscare fest game but it was still pretty fun to play fully

this game is fantastic i definitely love it on the steam deck there should be an award for that this year

an easy 10 out of 10, my only complaints are that theres no melee combat and places where you can and cant go are sometimes very confusing on more open levels.

the game is The, or at least one of The best vr games out right now with its story, mechanics and just the gameplay itself

is good i loved puzzles and the vr physics and stuff in general but not that scary though atleast for me past the first hour but i recommend more than not

its a great game one of the best co op games out there too and the voice chat is really high quality, i liked the rigs and leveling up systems but past a certain point the game just gets repetitive and the final 'program' or just most of the levels in general are just essentially the same reused maps you've played before but with modifiers like extra damage from enemies. (of course probably changing in full release) the game also kinda lacks in difficulty after a couple hours of learning the controls.

it was great fun though hence i grinded it out a lot and had fun with the newest program omega but it does get boring since theres not as much content yet but i still really recommend getting this game with a friend, it's not really worth it on singleplayer

Very very good game definitely in the top 5 of my favorite vr games the inventory management and how you can like decide what to do with items, how you place them in your backpack or the shelters is really cool and it's difficult but in a good way.

sadly the ending was really bland for me which was kinda sadge but its still in the top 5 and in my opinion you must buy this game if you have vr and its quite scary in the beginning when you only have basic weapons and don't know much about the game : )

the last game boneworks a prequel or whatever was way better than this (the campaign of it which i mainly play you should too) like a lot better so play it before this
but the sandbox here is way better and more polished than in boneworks by a landslide (because the game was made way way more for modding) but still, the campaign is kinda weird and its pretty short so i would recommend boneworks way more than this

also due to the awesome mod support you can play on multiplayer through the entire campaign or any sandbox map which also really feels polished and amazing which i did :)

overall the games great and one of the best games like it really is good but comparing it to boneworks there is a noticable difference in quality and enjoyment for me

this is the most perfect game for vr and it sets the standard really high with the awesome physics, items, maps and enemies but because it's so well made and executes mechanics that are really advanced for people who have just gotten into vr so it will get you really really motion sick fast if you've not played much vr before.

but if you like using vr regularly and take the time to get used to it, after some time you wont get motion sick anymore and only then, play this game. it is the best vr game on the market right now.

(or just skip all that and take breaks when you start getting motion sick while playing boneworks and by the end of the campaign you won't get motion sick almost at all so yes probably do this one cuz the games great trust me)

btw disclaimer this game is really performance heavy so there might be a few lag spikes here and there when loading into maps you've never been on on lower end pcs but hey thats poor people problems haha

first of all way too many bugs. camera angles break sometimes on keyboard so some parts are tedious to do, game doesnt register the whatever start up thingy play with controller or keyboard thing occasionally so other player is stuck on a black screen so you have to restart the game.

if you are doing something like exploring and your friend on the coop mode finishes their portion of the cutscene/whatever thing they are doing before your done, your section just gets skipped entirely (even if there are future changing qtes/decisions) it just gets cancelled out. its insane

feels like some choices dont matter aswell, especially the ones in the beginning half of the game and didnt really find the ending fond either as it portrays the human villain like jason from friday the 13th or something
