@Anims OK! I'm telling u, the secret entrance to the top of the building where the hula girls is available is near the ladder to the explosive barrel field. You can access by stay above where the explosive barrel is, go to the ladder and jumping in the wall on the right side, you can jump thru and you will teleport to the top. This map is 6 years old I think I still remember how to access this.
