I Beat The Original P4 back on the PS2 back in the Day. Amazed to see Atlus Port, (in my opinion), The Single Best JRPG of that Console Generation. For Anyone wondering this Version came out for the PS VITA.

P.S If any of you out there Want More Atlus Games on Steam, Then this Must Buy should give you another good reason to purchase.

EDIT: I was wrong about 30 fps cap.

Original:

If you ever wanted to play an anime fan-service version of Serious Sam; That is also easier, more jankey, and less polished, then I give you Bullet Girls Phantasia.

Pros/Cons

Pros
+ good Fan-service
+ good game-play loop
+ The shooting is good
+ keyboard and mouse support
+ controller support
+ There are R18 mods for this game (includes nudity) search "Bullet Girl Phantasia mods" in google and you find them

Cons
- Poorly optimized
- Lack of any really substantial graphical settings
- 60 fps max cap
- unstable frame rate
- wish lock-on could be disabled
- some guns either feel under-powered or ineffective, or just not really usable at all. (ie. grenades, or rocket launcher)

Results

ultimately if you are looking for a shooter that...
1. where all guns act as they should,
2. a game that is well optimized,
3. well polished 3rd shooter,
then this game is not for you.

If you are looking for a nice "ANIME" "FAN-SERVICE" 3rd person shooter, and are able to forgive unstable frame rate, and poor optimization then I would recommend this to you.

My recommendation

Despite the fun I had with this game, I cannot recommend it in good faith because of how poorly optimized the game is.

If you are still interested buy it on sale.

P.S if the developers manage to fix the technical stuff I will recommend the game .

If you an Adult and your deciding whether to buy this game because it is supposed to be like Tales of Berseria, then do not get this game you will be disappointed:

cons:

1st. The game's story is completely generic - in that the story lacks depth and is completly predictible - the story at where I am at could be summarized in a few lines. Also this story wasn't able to invoke any real emotions from me in the story.

2nd. The characters are bland, generic, and are hard to get emotionally invested in. - furthermore the main character in the game is definitely the most bland of them all, making him hard to take his struggle seriously. Its my opinion that the devs chose the wrong main character out of the characters they designed.

3rd. The combat system is the generic "weak, strong, dodge, and skill" type, and even then your able to get through most fights just by spamming the weak attack. Don't expect any real complexity behide strategy

4th. For a game of this price there is a clear lack of voiced lines of dialog on the majority of all scenes in the game, mainly just grunts or one word used to describe a line of dialog

These three main issues I have in comparison to Tales of Berseria, makes this game inferior

Save your money (even at Its current discounted price $36 its not worth the money)
