If you're looking for an outstanding garlic bread recipe, you've come to the right place.

Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons extra-virgin ;) olive oil
1 loaf crusty bread, split
3 tablespoons grated cheese, Parmigiano or Romano, optional
Chopped fresh parsley

How the ♥♥♥♥ can I make this master piece of a garlic bread?
First step is to combine garlic, butter and oil in a microwave safe dish or in a small saucepan. Heat garlic, butter and oil in the microwave for 1 minute or in a small pot over moderate-low heat for 3 minutes.
Then, toast split bread under broiler. Remove the bread when it is toasted golden brown in colour. Brush the bread liberally with the garlic oil. Sprinkle with a little bit of cheese, if using, and parsley. If you added cheese, return to broiler and brown for 30 seconds. Cut into chunks and get ready to serve.
Now for the final touch... Surprise your guests with a Campo Viejo Rioja Tempranillo; Medium ruby in colour with a hint of garnet, the aromas will entice you with notes of juicy red berry fruits, leather, vanilla and cloves. Being extra dry on the palate, medium-bodied and ripe with flavours of raspberry, cherry, vanilla and sweet spices, this is the perfect wine to pair with your delicious garlic bread.
