After playing this game for years it's finally time to write a review that has been written hundreds of thousands of times.

This game, from start to finish, is a masterpiece. A beautiful pixel art style, accompanied by a soundtrack almost more famous than the game itself. Challenging bosses, thousands of items, and an engaging sense of progression. I've come back to this game so many times, and even though I've played it so many times before, it's always a fun experience again.

The only downside I would say at this point is it's hard for new players to get into. I've tried to get some friends into the game but they got lost very easily with just how much there is in this game. Relying on a wiki is a bit challenging for the newcomers that don't necessarily know what to search for.

However, I wouldn't say the game being large is a bad thing by any means. There's a huge amount of content and replayability packed into this game. If you like pixel art, survival, crafting, hard bosses, and insane items, grab this game.
