2:00 AM - Wake up
2:05 AM - Cold shower
2:15 AM - Breakfast: almonds and 50mg of Adderall
2:30 AM - Begin workout: incline bench press with 2 plates, 12x12 reps, 30 seconds rest between sets, no warmup
2:45 AM - Edging for 4 hours (for discipline)
6:45 AM - Cold shower
7:00 AM - Sprint to work
8:00 AM - Arrive at work
8:05 AM - Called into boss’s office
8:06 AM - Fired from job for “repeated inappropriate comments towards women in the workplace” and “predatory behavior”
8:10 AM - Sprint back home
9:10 AM - Lunch: raw cod, berries foraged on the way home, small pebbles (for digestion), and 50mg of Adderall
9:10 AM - Edging (as punishment)
3:00 PM - Bedtime
Results after 11 months of this schedule:
