Additionally if you say anything along the lines of "Sorry for bothering you but can you add me on steam? I have something to tell you, Its very important, Hope you will noticed me." and you are not already on my friends list, you will be blocked immediately and are encouraged to delete your account.
I have fallen for that scam once and I will NOT fall for it again.
