It's a bad game even for a hack-n-slash the defeats are one or two strikes, the bosses MAY take 3 or 4. The game is choppy whenever you move about. When having the limited (fade in and fade out soon after) "nude" scenes (no breasts) the fade is VERY choppy and cannot be skipped.

Unfortunately I did not notice is was an achievement ♥♥♥♥♥ house (MANY achievements in a room full of chest, each chest with several achievements in the beginning of the game. If I saw the achievements I would have skipped it. Hateses [sic] achievement ♥♥♥♥♥ houses.

There are some areas in the game with Russian script where they missed on the translation. No conversations I'm yet to see.

Like I said, bad game if not for the choppiness, translation errors, one pic cutaways, no breasts, i.e no true nudity shown but nudity listed as genre which I wasted the sales price money.

Nudity isn't one of the genres that I look for in a game, it matters not, but when nudity is claimed I get a bit peeved if none is in game. (Yeah, they have small towels just covering the vital parts but no nudity in my book.)

This game gets a strong thumbs down.

Ok game for the most part. Tots and crotch are whited over. Crotch I understand, but breasts? The text is full of grammatical errors and an occasional entry not translated. Kinda like the hentai games you DL. Still a decent game.

Have not gone far but I have stumbled into a few bugs, some requiring to close game through Windows since all keyboard commands failed to work. I'm going to give the dev team time to drop an update or three before I quit entirely, though until those updates get the game working I'm giving this a 'No'.

Wow! Did not know what this was really about... OK yeah, pregnancy, beyond that though. I definitely... not sure if I should mention this, it being a spoiler of sorts but I will: definitely did not think rape was involve. That set a whole knew tone to the experience.

This is an outstanding "game". It shows a different perspective on what may go on inside, within their mind, those who suffered being raped then finding theirself pregnant. This comes NOWHERE near the pain and anguish they go through, of course, each having unique reactions, actions, feeling, etc.

This can be replayed to get different endings (played it once).

I'm glad I purchased this.

Looked good, buuut...

Game would not load at all. Checked discusion on hub. Tried patching game and all work arounds available on hub. No joy. Pity. Do not purchase game until, if ever, the devs get it working.

The hidden objects, some are WELL hidden, some you have to GUESS where the object is, sometimes using previous object you found, sometime not. Sometimes the object that will help you find the one you are looking for is hidden, sometimes need an object you found before to get it. :/ VERY irritating.

Otherwise, artword is great. Has map to aid getting around, highlighting where you are and highlighting areas you need to go in the storyline.

Still, a negative vote for the way the hidden object peeve listed above.

Great game. F2P, single player, point-n-click game with beautiful artwork, hidden item quests (built in timer) but you visit the same locations so memory helps speed up the search, puzzles and built in store ($ required), though very doable, as far as I understand how this game works, with out using purchased items. Course, with those items the game goes faster I'm sure. LOL

Not the best of games I've played, and I have played plenty since '92. Fraid I'm going to give this a thumbs down. Play over 5 hours hoping the game would get better, but I ran into more problems as time went on. Read other reviews to see why you should not play this game. There are plenty.

Begin EDIT ----------------- 17 Dec 2014

Before this edit, I could not recommend this game, not due to the game play, etcetera, but because I could not play it due to some form of hardware or software conflict. But, due to a comment left by deathdude311, I can now play the game.

Look below to see the various steps I took but could not get past a crash to desktop (CTD). The text below leads to this final troubleshooting step:

1.) Go to the Sound option on the Control Panel.
2.) Disable ALL drivers listed.
3.) Enter the game and launch any mission
(this is where I had my CTD 100% of the time, this time I successfully entered the mission.)
4.) Exit the game.
5.) Return to the Sound app on the Control Panel, reenabling the drivers you disabled earlier.
6.) Reenter game.

Tada!!! (^_^)

Now to play the game. I will leave an actual review later, after I recall why I loved this game sooo much (have long term memory issues).

Ending EDIT --------------- 17 Dec 2014

Well, I give up.

Purchase this game, Star Wars: Battlefront II, having owned it when initially released. Played it. Loved it.

Now, though, whenever I tried to enter a mission -- training, story or other missions -- the game would crash to desktop (CTD). Knowing this game was not designed with Windows 8.1, I went in an set compatibility mode Windows XP (Service Pack 3), then Service Pack 2. Both failed to fix the problem.

I went to the Community Hub and found others who ran into this problem. There were possible fixes listed. First fix was to hide any disabled drivers on Sound option on the Control Panel, plus to make sure that the speakers were set to stereo instead of surround sound or the like. Failed.

Someone mentioned the possibilty dropping the game into window mode, start a mission, the resetting full screen. No one seemed to know how to set the game to window mode. No window mode choice in Options. The old Alt+Enter key commination failed as well. So not having a way of beginning that branch of troubleshooting, I went on.

Someone mentioned plugging something into the mic outlet, not understanding why that should do anything, I hunted for a headset or speaker that was not USB. I knew I did not have a mic, and the individuals who mentioned this possible fix, said it did not matter what was plugged into the port, just something. Found a headset and plugged it into the front port on my computer, then the port on the back. Both failed.

Though not seeing this as a fix for this, I disabled Steam's ingame features. Again, no go.

I'm not sure if there were other fixes listed, but I did follow them all, none worked, of course.

I dropped by Lucasarts database to see if they had any possible fixes that I had not attempted, but there was nothing new.

I dropped by YouTube to see if there was something knew, but there wasn't, though I did find a possible cause for CTD: Battlefront seems to hate the sound card chip I have on my motherboard. He had two fixes. 1.) Get a Sound Blaster card. 2.) Plug something in the mic port.

There seems to be one item on the list of possible fixes that I have not tried: getting a Sound Blaster card. Cannot afford one now, but later I will drop in a sound card, and this MAY fix the problem.

Until that occurs, and it fixes the CTD, I am going to not recommend this game. The game is definitely good, but with my system, there is something that is conflicting with it and I cannot relive the joy of playing this game.

There are many who, through one fix or another, are enjoying this game now, just realize, there may be something in your computer that will not allow you to play Battlefront.

Good thing the game was on sale when I purchased it. (^_^)

The game caused a full Windows 8.1 reboot. Windows did not know what happened. Windows did the updated blue-screen of death and did a reboot. This happened twice. I uninstalled the program.

The word was, nProtect may have conflicted with my antivirus. Their suggestion, disable the antivirus. I'm running ZoneAlarm Pro, not the free version.

This was happening, conflicting with antivirus programs, a couple years ago. If the programmers cannot troubleshoot an issue with programs that all users on the internet have to be running to insure security, they do not need my business.
