"Grove Street, Home, 'least it was 'till I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything up."

A classic Grand Theft Auto game. Easily the best game of the series by far; large map with lots of variety, tons of stuff to do outside of missions and loads of player and vehicle customisation. Solid gameplay and graphics that have aged well and still hold up today, even more so with mods.

I recommend GInput if you want to use an Xbox or PlayStation controller. This mod adds full controller support mapped to the same layout as the Xbox and PS2. It also changes the button prompts from KB&M to PS2/Xbox and allows you to enter cheat codes using the original combinations from the console versions!

And with the addition of SA:MP, San Andreas offers an unparallelled multiplayer experience far superior to GTA: Online. Hundreds of players per server, instant access to every weapon and vehicle, many different game modes.

Oblivion was the first Elder Scrolls game I played, it's a classic. It takes away some of the RPG elements from Morrowind, but offers much better gameplay and full voice acting.

Oblivion has a great package of DLC (With the exception of Horse Armour). A fully staffed castle; player homes for each playstyle; Shivering Isles; Knights of The Nine.

Morrowind is definitely my favourite Elder Scolls game, it is a great RPG but the gameplay leaves something to be desired. Skyrim is a very relaxing game to play, and has great gameplay but is a terrible RPG.

Being the middle game out of TES III and TES V, Oblivion obtains the perfect balance between classic RPG and great gameplay.
