Going into this game, I didn't know what to expect. I finished it in about 4 hours. That's with leaving the game running while taking short breaks every once in a while.

Story
The beginning of the game starts off very enticing and intriguing. You get to talk to all the characters and learn little unique aspects about them. However about halfway through, the plot seemed to take a turn I wasn't expecting. The missions began losing their sense of seriousness to me. This happened to the characters as well, particularly Turn. I understand his character goes through an internal conflict, but his conflict seemed pretty humorous to me.

Gameplay
I'm going to break this section up into two sections. There was the length of the game, sense of interaction in the levels and then the actual puzzles themselves.

Length - I finished this game in about four hours. I thought the plot was rushed; I really wanted time to relax and fall in love with the atmosphere of the game by being able to interact with more objects but it didn't have that. It was more : Objective, objective, and objective. By chapter six, the final chapter, I stopped for a moment and said, "How'd I get here? Wasn't I just applying for this job like 2 and a half hours ago?"
However, in those four hours, I felt very attached to the, sometimes seemingly, goofy characters. I really want to know what's next for all of them. If a game can manage that, I feel it has done it's job.

Interaction - For the most part, you only get access to the parts of the levels that pretain to the puzzles. I feel like if there were more objects to interact with, reguardless if they pretained to the player's current objective, to make the world feel more real than I would have been more immersed.

Puzzles - The puzzles were amazing. Cudos to the development team for the puzzles. I legitimately was stuck for a while on a lot of them in the later chapters. I really wish there were more honestly because those were my favorite part of the game.

Graphics
I really loved the graphics. I truly felt the Indie game vibe and thought it was very unique. The water was amazing looking!

Personal Thoughts
If I could reach out to the devs, I would say to continue the amazing work they're doing. I was surprised it was a ten person team during the credits. I would ask for a longer game. I don't think this game is worth the price it is for the length of gameplay - I'm sorry :/. I think there is an amazing game here, but the pacing was too fast. At the end, I felt slightly confused. It ended on what I thought was a good midway climax to the story's plot; there could have been six more chapters.

Overall
Overall, The Low Road is a great game for what it is. I became invested in the characters and the world created. I feel like if you are to buy this game, try to do so during a sale (30%-50% off) due to it's short runtime. The puzzles were fantastic. I really hope there is a sequel to expand upon this game.

Really can't wait to see what this company puts out next!

Vegas is honestly the best editing software I have found because it offers so much.
The price may be high, except during a sale, you shouldn't think twice about buying.

Life is Strange shows a completley original story with an amazing set of characters that never lack depth.
To top it all off, the time travel allows several very short and easy puzzles. You don't even have to do most of the puzzles if you want!

As the player, you can choose what pace you want to take the game at. Either pass by most of the "look at" options (Which I do not reccomend), or observe what's around you and it's signifigance.

Interaction with other characters is one of my favorite elements. You can mainly choose who you want to interact with and how your relationship develops with them. If you've said something wrong, you can rewind.

Choices in Life is Strange were very difficult. Some have not taken into effect yet, as this is Episode One of five. However, I was left at times very conflicted with myself on what to do.

The soundtrack is unbelieveably amazing. I loved how the music would overlay the area as I interacted with objects and other people.

Graphics at first do not appeal to most, however grows on the players as you realize how it adds to the atmosphere.

As for running this game, I have the lowest of the low laptop, and I have all settings on high. Occasionally, there is an audio bug where a dialoge is played twice, or lip sync will shift off balance. However, I've had two updates so far and it's been improving these issues each time.

If you love TellTale Games, Gone Home, or others of the sort, pick this game up. It will combine everything you love about point and clicks into this beautiful game. It's astonishing how much I am into this world and I've only played 5 hours (That's one episode length)! Can't wait until Episode 2!

I've played about half of the game so far judging by the unlockable videos and achievements. It isn't that long of a game, however a moving on if that. The puzzles aren't overly hard, however not something you can look at right away. The atmosphere is incredible and immersive.

Through the unlockable videos, and just playing the game, you can learn a lot about the lives and culture of these people which I can't get enough of. Now I want my own pet fox!

However, there are a few bugs that are being worked on right now such as in scarce points in the game, the characters glitch out of the world. However you can just respawn and everything will function afterwards.
There was the glitch of no saved games, except that isn't a problem anymore. Meaning, the developer is working very hard to meet everyone's submissions of bugs. The AI, if playing singleplayer, of the other character you aren't playing as at the moment, can be a bit stupid. However, I like the fact of not having to abandon the other character and having to switch back and forth to make sure they don't die whilst the other one is wall jumping.

Overall, I'd give this game a 9/10. It is definatley something you'll want to pick up if you love the catergory. I've learned quite a lot and would like to hope you do as well if you pick up Never Alone. :)
