This game has been particularly made for a niche audience with peculiar characteristics.

The people who have grown with or had their lives altered thanks to a single piece of media, one that may be already familiar to the reader. Individuals who years later, decided to reject or move on from it; and at the same time have an intimate knowledge surrounding certain platforms, discussions in them, or belong to certain groups of marginalized circumstances in a time that will never be replicated.

Of course this particular set of circumstances is not easily met, and one *can and should* argue about the universality of art and how people can enjoy art such as this without being in my shoes.

However, it is one that has allowed to see most angles and perspectives of the ideas of an author as unique as this one.

There is a large amount of opinions about a mirage of different topics that the author expresses in the game. The game fails to ponder and give them the attention they deserve, similar to how it deals with its protagonists, and makes the player do the heavy work. However it packages them in a short story that *can* engage the player, more specifically the niche audience, into doing the work.

The abundance of ideas taken into consideration by this videogame, alongside the niche audience it has been intended for, is at the same time its strength and weakness.

Of course the particular circumstances that makes the experience a worthwhile one will diminish across time, and maybe it will gain a new unexpected public that will appreciate it better than I ever could in my pretentiousness and gatekeeping.

Should it be less pretentious? Probably, probably not
Should it have been longer? Absolutely
Is it going to age well? Only fate shall know

Enjoy it if you can, and don't let pretentious idiots on the internet tell you what to play or not. 8/10

As long as you play offline its the best game of all time, and its a good training game for your skill and reflexes. Nothing beats the tension in trying to beat every single campaign on expert
