Very good bullet heaven game. Effort and time spent playing this game feel rewarding for progression.

I REGRET NOTHING.

I've apparently spent some 50+ hours on this game. I find it to be fun and I've not spent a dollar on it.

Since everyone is name-dropping card games they play for weirdo internet points: Vampire: Jyhad, Magic, Pokemon, and Legend of the Five Rings were some of my favorites. I rank it up there with Card Fighters Clash, Pokemon TCG Gameboy, and prefer it to Hearthstone.

Really fun for Day of Defeat, Red Orchestra, and Insurgency fans. The only problem is that it's lacking a bit of "one more round" addiction of DoD. Almost there and very fun. It's closer to Insurgency with a WW2 skin still. New weapons are fun, but the limited Early Access maps will grow tiring quickly. I want PTO and North Africa maps. Hopefully, devs or mod community add in the interim. I think it is worth the asking price if you want a good WW2 shooter.

So here is the deal fellow mortals: I saw this game's trailer at launch and I wanted it. But, I read the Steam reviews and was turned off.

We flash forward to several months later and a buddy sends me a free copy. I accept and download it. I end up falling in love. The game offers a great hack and slash with a vague Castlevania/Actraiser (Action parts of 1 and 2 in layout) element. So if that is something you have been wanting, this is your game. Couple that with a tacked on metal theme and I fell for it.

The metal theme isn't perfectly integrated, but it exists. It's like having bacon on a good cheesburger. You don't need it, but it adds to the enjoyment. This limp metaphor sort of sums up the game as well. It's a good and enjoyable meal if you choose to go get it. Is it healthy and perfect? No. But is it fun? Does it make you want to take one more bite, despite your best interests? YES.

The game's visuals and pixel graphics can sort of blend, but I hear they have been toned down. There is challenge and pride to be had from solving combat problems. On my fun or not fun scale, I rate it fun. Watch the trailer and consider if this is the action/platformer you want. If so, you will have a good time.

Talisman with a 40k skin and set during the Heresy. Great art on the cards, but I find the board itself lacking. The game moves a bit faster than classic Talisman and you are split into traitor or loyalist chapters. The dice roll system is the same sadly.

The first expansion is good and Perturabo is now in the game. So death to the false emperor.

Indulgent and stuck up it's own rear end, ROM is actually pretty fun so far. It isn't Snatcher, so let's clear that up from the start. Basic dime store novel plot, mashed into a futuristic cyberpunk setting. As I said earlier, I like it so far. Perfect for point and click fans on sale.

Steve Jackson fans will enjoy this. It's what you expect and more.

This is a very fun adaptation of the table top game. I've played since first edition and I can finally play a digital version of my beloved Skavenblight Scramblers. The customization is nice. The race selection is good. Campaign has been fun so far and making a league looks to be fun. These are my early impressions.

A beautiful and magical callback to the original classic. This game remains respectful to the original and is a visual feast.
