Normally I would rate this positively. A pre-order bonus being sold as a seperate dlc for people who didn't pre-order is fine. However, when the pre-order bonus is the MAIN VILLAIN in the story mode, who can't be unlocked by any other means, then there's a problem...

Game softlocks when I tried to open the steam overlay, causing me to have to alt+f4. Now the game won't launch. The EA app pops up saying "launching game", but nothing happens and then the game closes on steam. Tried validating the game files, didn't work. Tried opening to EA app, it just shows a blank screen. Thanks, EA.

Very nice horror game, I like it a lot! Genuinely startled me a few times, tbh. Gameplay loop is satisfying, with a very big "let's just do a run real quick" mentality. Music is pretty nice as well.
