Not bad, not great. I really couldn't get into it as much as others seem to be able to. I feel like your better off jumping into Mario Kart with a few friends that playing this.

YET, there is something about the game that gets you to keep playing. Maybe there is something in it that is worth the money. I'm on the fence with the recommendation. Be your own judge and check out my first impressions video below:

The early 90's are back! This game is great. Smooth controls and good music. Plenty of levels to keep you entertained for the cost.

Music and sound: 9/10
Visuals: 9/10

It seems to have lasted this long for a reason. Sound and visuals get high rating because they out-perform other games from that era that are also available on Steam (check out some of my other reviews.)

I distinctly remember a friend playing this as a kid and never giving a damn about it. The hype was real though and I guess it stuck with me for over twenty years! Simply put.... I was wrong and should have given this a go!

Controls are responsive and the music is great. I don't feel it is too repetitive in terms of level variability.

I am still not sure what to think about this game. The music is fantastic and I should have bought the bundle to begin with. The game does not explain itself. I had no clue what the heck I was doing! Just watch my game play video below and laugh at my incompetence.

What an interesting game this is! Completely thrown off by the cost/content ratio. Cellar is simple, fun, and quick to screw up on.

It's great!

Controls could be a bit better but I honestly got used to them quite quickly. Cellar is totally recommended.

I feel like I've come full circle. This is a fantastic game whether it's 1993 and I just spent all of my allowance on a video game or 2016 and I dropped a few bucks to relive my childhood.

I’m pretty lazy when it comes to customizing DosBox so my impressions of this game are essentially whatever are standard when downloading, installing, and running the game fresh. Though I did make a little tweak to allow for decent enough recording of the game.

I’m doing a full play through of the original Doom and all its glory.

Oh and don’t ever leave the game once you’ve started it, remember DOS is much worse!

Sci Fi is factor is strong in this one. Check it out! I nabbed it while on sale and feel like it was totally worth it. Controls are not obvious at first as I am the type to jump in first and figure things out as I go.

This is one of the few PC games from Apogee that I did not play in the early 90s. I highly recommend it now though!

It's a fun game with great music. Gameplay is straight forward and within a few minutes you'll be jammin' out to the tunes and droppin' the smackdown on some zombie tushies.

Besides resetting the amount of time I have played this, I’m happy with my purchase. It’s a simple and fun game. Jump in with a very small learning curve. Graphically this is obviously not on par with an expensive game but at this price it looks much better than many other titles sitting in my inventory. That said, I like the audio much more than the visuals.
