All you need in 10 minutes and you're hooked! This game is fantastic. Great sounds and visuals. Variety is there at a level which brings you back to keep playing. Here is a little gameplay to give you an idea:

Good controls, sound, and so far, story. A Scifi pixelated cheap game that is good. Have I died?

I really hope to see more come from these developers and future updates to this game. That being said, I think this game could use a bit more. Despite it being good it has little pull to make the player come back for more and more. So, replayability is something like 6/10 even though the game is a solid 8/10. At this price point you certainly get your money's worth!

This is a fantastic game which showcases how well-developed controls and responses will continue into the future and impress people. I was pleasantly surprised because I do play quite a lot of these games from the early 1990s. So often I get let down by controls.
Video is what you see. AMAZING! Audio doesn’t disappoint either. In all I recommend this game to all ages. It’s strange and simple for an adult to chill and kill an hour whereas a child could spend hours gaming and learning. A win/win.

I’m torn about this game. I like it. Fits well with the tons of campy indie games I have. The rub, it doesn't currently run properly. Click "Play" and nothing starts up. Heading into the install directory and double-clicking the game's exe and the game runs just fine.

So, let's just set that aside and look at the game itself.

PRO: Fun, simple, and easy to master. Plenty of levels and it's nice to look at. I really like the style.

CON: See above. The jump mechanic needs work. Feels, off. Not sure why. Perhaps it would be better with a controller. Price seems a bit high for what you get. The game appears to be a bit glitch but I only noticed during recording. Needs further investigation.

Recommend for now but if I don't see changes quickly to address issues I'd have to change this to "avoid and wait for sale."

Amazing little game that I got during the Steam Summer Sale.

Pros:
Engaging
Responsive controls
great sound effects and music

Possible Con:
Short - but the game is incredibly well priced

A classic! It's still rather good. Controls are a pain as you would expect but you do get used to them after a while.

I completely forgot to post my first impression video for Mystic Towers. It's fun! Decent controls and that intro music is amazing! There is a bit of a learning curve and the audio was scratchy (something you get used to from older games).

Puzzle-exploration game from 1991! Quite a strange game with elements that remind me of the original Zelda. Meaning... I feel like this game could use a Nintendo Power Magazine esk guide because there are hidden story components. Controls are good and visuals are what you'd expect.
