I had to replay the Museum level multiple times for the achievements to actually activate. It's why I hate when Human Fall Flat 'updates' because these maps are always buggy. I'm pretty sure I replayed it at least five times just trying to get the Eye Spy achievement because the game didn't seem to register my finding the eye hieroglyphics very consistently.
