Senua’s Saga is not trying in any way whatsoever to be a better or different game from its predecessor. To be fair, the graphics have improved massively, but every bit of praise as well as criticism that Senua’s Sacrifice received still applies to Senua’s Saga. This is a very worthy successor to a game which I can only describe as a piece of art. But… If I’m being completely honest, I had higher hopes regarding gameplay. But if you - like me - enjoyed Senua's Sacrifice for what it was, then this is a must-play.

Brilliant story driven horror game! The gameplay and mechanics are simple and effective enough to let the story be the main focus while still offering some variety.

The "Stranger Things" -esque atmosphere is super immersive, and the soundtrack really elevated the experience. I'm very impressed by Sally's voice actor, who was a delight to listen to throughout the game.
