Imagine you are on an island. It's isn't a fancy island, or very big, but it's undeveloped and there's plenty of beachfront property. There is internet access, but they charge by the gigabyte. You are slightly tanned and a little thirsty. You are carrying two suitcases and your nipples are starting to itch. But you don't want to put down your luggage to scratch them and give in to human weakness. Instead you decide to walk around the island to find a good spot to put down your pup tent, so you can start fresh in the morning to plot out where you want to build your dream home. However, distracted by the constant sharp itch pangs coming from your nipples, you lose both track of time and track of how many times you've circled around the same plot of land. Soon thirst begins to overtake you, and in between attempting to fight it and getting again distracted by your own nipple distresses, you start fall under a heat stroke. Collapsing to the ground, you fall chest first, with your suitcases pinning you under them. No longer able to manipulate your arms in such a way to scratch yourself or even lift yourself up, you desperately attempt to worm your body around in such a way as to scratch your nipples across the sandy surface below you. However you achieve little success, and your only true relief comes from the quick release of unconsciousness and death.
