I REALLLLY wanted to give this game a good review. I've been playing the card game for years at this point, and have even played it at board game conventions. There are multiple bugs where it will not let you use an item that would otherwise allow you to win the game, the game getting stuck on an animation mid fight, making you restart the game, and while this isn't a bug, it feels like while playing against AI, the favors are always drastically stacked against you. I played a match where I did not encounter a single monster, had all 3 bots curse me, after I had picked up 6 curses in a row from kicking down the door, and before i could even ENCOUNTER a monster, the game had already been won by one of the bots. The game is exactly how I'd expect Steve Jackson to make a video game; buggy, confusing, and with the odds wildly against you.

Hey, that's pretty good!

It's a really fun game to play with other people (play with a few friends as survivor or stream for your friends and play as a killer), but with that being said, the game does have some flaws. The skill checks for generators when you first start playing the game are a bit fast, but you really start to get used to them after a while. The main issue with this game, however, is the "pay to win" nature of the game. There are a few killers that are obnoxiously overpowered, and if a killer sees a survivor that might counter them, the killer can just change his character before the game starts, but the survivors can't see what killer it is until after the game has already started. It is a very one sided game when you pay for all of the killers, but is really fun when you're in a lobby of 3 other friends and the killer doesn't have all of the paid DLC for the game.

I spawned in the game as a woman and immediately got killed, felt like China. 10/10 would recommend .
