I would not say that I am a big fan of rogue-likes but this game has changed my perception on what a rogue-like can be. The visuals, soundtrack, character development and story line are absolutely amazing. There is a lot of depth to this game that make it worth a purchase.

This game is nothing like Jagged Alliance 2. The only thing remotely similar is the main plot but only loosely. There is no more fog of war, no action points or turn system. They have dropped I.M.P, the website where you could make your own mercenary, and skills are no longer learned by performing the action, but instead are alloted once your mercenary levels up. The only way to recognize your favorite mercenary is by their name;their portraits are completely different. I would not recommend this game to a serious Jagged Alliance fan.
