Nightmare Reaper is a very good game when it comes to gameplay. The graphics are retrostyle and do their job even though every new update the game get polished, still if you love chunky pixel graphics this game provides!
Like i said before the gameplay is king here, survive levels by killing enemies on each part of the map, explore everything to get most out of each level, earn more coins by killing every foe and finding all the extra loot to sell. Use that money (goldpieces) to spend on skill points to get better each time you die and retry with a bit more advantage. The levels change after every reload and gives replayability, even though the theme of the level stays the same until you will pass them,

The HUB area is a special place, without spoiling i would say it is a peacefull place to get your thoughts together. You spend skillpoints anytime you want by going to the menu and playing a cute little platformer game which also provides extra gold coins on itself, to master the platforms and earn the right to spend the skill point. It is a game in game. Nice little bonus if you ask me, i love that throwback gameplay of platformers!

Then be ready for some more action, with enough variety in weapons and enemies this game really keeps you on the edge of your seat. One of the better FPS games. Plays like a nightmare (pun intended) and is worth every penny! Can't wait to see what this developer got for us in the future!

Amazing game, i missed out on it until now because of a slow laptop! But dang its up there with the likes of Anthem!
