Something I come back to every once in awhile. Not bad if you have a few friends or enjoy playing with/parallel play with streamers, as updates and drops can keep people pretty active.

Controller gameplay is questionable, and the cost of 'free-to-play' seems to be creeping into cosmetics more than I would like for how little body type variation exists in player models. I've put some money in for cosmetics, and as a broke completionist, it pains me to know that I'll very likely only have those few outfits, especially consider how expensive a lot of the outfits can be. I've also had people complain about certain flourishes that outfits can produce getting in their way, which seems like a huge oversight for a paid product on a co-op game.

Characters are cute and comforting, but often seem to be lacking something that makes them stick with me outside of hyper fixations on the game. I feel like I could say similar things about a lot of the mechanics, which I found simple/easy enough, but have had to explain to people who are not as into games in the same genre. Overall I'm excited to see how things develop, but I cannot deny there is an undeniable uncanny vibe to the state of completion, and I cringe a little bit every time the shop becomes more prominent.

I got this game in 2017 as my first steam game, and I really wish the grind felt as magical as it did forever ago :)

Stardew is a really important game to me. From it's mechanics, to it's art, to it's characters, I find myself falling in love with it every time I play. It's great playing alone or with friends and I'd 100% recommend it to anyone looking for something rewarding to do.

A great murder mystery with simplistic gameplay and a simplistic art style. I enjoy playing the game with friends and freaking them out simply because I am cackling over call.
There are the occasional bugs, people who are ♥♥♥♥♥, or frustrating fights with the servers, but in the end of the day it doesn't really take anything away from the game itself since most problems can be fixed by either brute forcing your way through it or trying another lobby.

I think I can say that I've played a little bit of the Sims 3.

It certainly keeps me entertained, especially as someone who enjoys modding. I know my mods aren't going to break unexpectedly or be updated out of playablity within a matter of months.

It's playable 90% of the time, but god bless you if you're having a bad day
