Perfomance issues aside, this game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome. I can recommend it.

The enemy variety is another thing, the fights are fun but can get boring rather fast.

I like it. The World building is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome, texture resolution (if you look close enough) is not the best, but how they put everything together makes the game look beautiful. Gunplay and melee feel very good, and the crafting system is well put together. The pacing in the early game and the story/dialogue are lacking in some aspects.

Ukraine? Russia? I don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ care.
