After playing this game for more than 500 hours, I've came to the conclusion that the game itself and everything else such as the " live " fight for the crown tournament is trash. The supposedly live tournament has been pre-recorded and during the livestream they just bring out a commercial break for 10 minutes while the game is going on. The company is a complete sellout, they host fake live tournaments and create new skins and crates, while the game itself needs tons of improvement in terms of optimization,graphics, game mechanics ,hitreg and synchronization. With every patch, they are bringing hope to the players by saying the game will get better, but in fact they create new ones and the game remains trash. I've bought it more than 6 months ago and played almost every day, and up until now I've only seen a couple good updates out of hundreds. The company can not properly organize anything, the Easter event for which I was hyped was cancelled due to "unexpected issues" ,even though they warned the players that there will be an event like 2 weeks before it actually started. I do not understand how there could be issues after they have planned it for such a long time.
While the gamemode itself is addictive, the game mechanics are just insanely outdated. The fact you can run through your opponents in a close combat is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Hitboxes of some in-game objects are glitched and your bullets hit invisible stuff? Hitreg is insanely insconsistent, especially while using the shotgun.Sometime you deal 20 damage with a direct hit, other times you deal 100. The game has been early acces for more than a year.At first they only planned 1 preseason and it's currently preseason 4? I just don't see how they spend the massive profit the made from the game.
