What's the difference between Vengeance and BF4?

One's in EA and the other's published by EA.

Bad jokes aside, while this game doesn't have vehicles (as i'm writing this, it's still in early access), which is a good thing btw, i hate those vehicles campers who just gets in a vehicle and camp in there the entire match.

Oh? Where was i? Ah yes, this game focuses on gun play and infantry combat more than awe and spectacular stuff, now with realistic thirdperson animations and AAA-quality first person animations. A few things i'd like to point out are:

+Lack of updates: while 314 arts doesn't update their game as much, at least they don't pump-out updates everytime something new is created, like most early access titles do. Rather, they would polish everything before they release an update. If it's quality we're getting, then i think it's worth the wait. One problem with this is that it kept players from coming back to the game as time progresses, my suggestion: put out a couple teasers every now and then to keep players up-to-date with what's going on behind the development of the game. It also shows that you're not slacking off.

+Performance: remember the old days of Police Infinity? Where the game barely has any optimizations for low-end computers? Well, now with the Extremely Low settings, even a toaster can run this game smoothly(ish).

+Gameplay: the gunplay is solid, feels like Modern Warfare and Counter-Strike decides to have a baby and named it Vengeance. The animations, the sound design and the maps, they're all beautifully crafted.

+AI: the bots, they took a level in badassery and is now deadly assassins. Even early wave coop bots can do massive damage if you're not careful. Of course there's still some issues, like how accurate they shoot and sometimes they would stand next to each other not shooting anything, pathing errors, but yknow, they're multiplayer bots, they're aren't humans. Compared to Police Infinity's AI, i'd say they're somewhat better.

+Zombie mode: The usual generic stuff, zombies chases you and you kill them. For now it's generic. But i'm sure mars has got big plans ahead *wink*

+Networking: the netcode is decent, you can play on a german dedicated server with barely any lag. But just in case, if you die in a multiplayer match, just say it's a netcode thing :)

-Lack of players: Same as PI, you guys might need to step up your game in order to have a bigger playerbase.

-Missing content: Again, this is still an Early Access Alpha, and 314 arts isn't DICE. Wait as it develops and it'll have a campaign soon enough. I wonder what's the lore will be.

Overall: I'd say that this new update makes the game more playable than previous builds, kudos on that. If you want some fun with friends or if you're up for something fresh and not spacey shoot-em-up 2017. This is something you can get into.

It's a rather short game, but it's all worth it.

Pros:
+Good use of lighting
+The game's world is colorful and alive
+Grappling hooks and Rocket Boots!

Cons:
-The character models, it could use some work
-Maddie has quite the awkward walking animation cycle...
-It can be very easy to lose track of where you're going

I recommend that you should try this game.

Seriously, there's a few things needed to be nerfed in this game:

The lasers, yeah, they sometimes appear out of nowhere.
The tiger, it's almost unkillable.
The lighting and the weather effects almost killed my frames, someone get onto that.
And what's with the creepy whispers in the lift? It's as if someone's there.
The guards in this game is comparable to payday's guard, if you're caught in their view for less than half a second, the alarm goes off, the Emerald is immediately gets transfered to a helicopter where it'll be shipped to Africa.


Other than that, the mansion is nice, i could see myself living in such place.

(Kudos to the narrator, he has a sexy voice, i can tell)

Hope to see more from these devs, but until then, please fix clipping issues and "falling out of the map" problems.
