The idea that relationships are based on oppressor, oppressed dynamic is idiotic and foolish. In reality relationships are based on service.

People who believe that relationships are based on oppressor, oppressed dynamic are the oppressors in their relationships, and will only give their associates disservices. Once you understand that your relationships are based on service then you can start trying to figure out how to be of service.

Don't forget your relationship with yourself. What have you done for yourself recently? Not for your pleasure but for your benefit. In fact it would be a disservice to yourself to provide no service to those around you, or simply work for your own please rather than for your betterment.

Just imagine if you did more for others than you did for yourself and others responded in kind. You would probably end up with a lot more than if you spent your time trying to optimise your dopamine and serotonin levels to be as pleasurable as possible.
