NOTE: Long Review. Sorry.

If you’re a fan of the great Batman Arkham titles, you will love this one. The functionality is very nice, and one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a while. The main combat is a lot like Batman, so if you’re a retired Batman Veteran like myself, you will have no problem switching to this game.

The open world is also very neat. It gives a Mordor feel, as if you’re right outside Mordor in the Haradrim area. For the most part, I feel like most of the map is the same, but it doesn’t bother me too much.

This game also has a handful of difficult creatures that you can hunt for and defeat. The trolls are extremely hard to kill at first, due to your skills not being upgraded enough to defeat it. It also has some other creatures that can be a challenge at first.

The leveling up in this game is also very fun. You can get xp to level up your character’s moves, battle attacks, health and weapons. You will find that your character is really weak to begin with, but will be invincible at the end.

Now I’d like to point this out. Coming from someone who has read the Lord of the Rings books, this does not follow the books. It’s a Lord of the Rings influenced story, with Lord of the Rings Characters, in a Lord of the Rings game. It does but it doesn’t feel like Lord of the Rings. But I feel like I can say that for almost every Lord of the Rings game. No one, has been able to pull off an image that Petter Jackson designed after making the Trilogy movies, you just can’t beat them. However, it does follow Tolkien's ideas, in fact I own a LOTR book which has a bio on everything in Middle Earth, and the story of Celebrimbor is true, and follow's accurately.

The campaign was enjoyable. I’ve always wanted to know more about Sauron which this game explained more. The game wasn’t as campaign influenced like the Batman games. They’re more like quests that build off another to build a story. After playing some hours, I recommend playing more than one campaign quest at a time, so that it feel more like a whole story. Instead of one here and there.

Also, this game goes on sale almost every major Steam sale there is. It’s been as low as $12.49, on more than one sale. And, that it’s the GOTY edition, meaning all DLC, which gives more to the game and more replay ability. I highly recommend this game, it’s been one of the better games I’ve played in a while. I’d also like to mention this. There are lots of people saying its optimized bad. It isn’t. People also say its GPU demanding. It isn’t. You just need decent gaming specs. My specs are listed below and I was getting 40fps-60fps on medium render resolution. Hope you liked this review, and again, sorry it was a little long. It was just too hard to say everything I wanted to in a short review. As for this game deserves a good review. Thanks for reading and I hope you’ll like the game! See you in the forums ;)

Specs:
Intel ® Core ™ i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz-2.60Ghz
AMD Radeon R9 M275X 2GB
8GB of RAM
Windows 10
NOTE: This game will not run on anything lower then DirectX 11!

Over my time of playing Black Ops lll, I am glad to say I recommend it. The Multiplayer is a blast. The specialists are very cool. A couple of my favorite are the REAPER and Purifier. With Bo3 doing 2XP about every other week, it can be very easy to level up and catch up in rank with the other Black Ops 3 Veterans. With the first DLC coming out in just a few short weeks, I can’t express how much fun I will have on the new maps they’re bringing in this DLC and the other DLC yet to come!

However with Multiplayer being great, I have few complaints about the campaign. I feel like it has a few bugs that can be annoying. Things like you can’t run alongside a wall or mission progress not saving. All of the Black Ops stories never made as much sense as the Modern Warfare series did. At least for me. I still like the Black Ops stories, but I feel like they don’t fully explain things 100%. Overall, the campaign had many cool things about it.

For anyone who has had worries about their system not working, it ran fine on my Lenovo Y40-70 laptop. Specs are on my profile. But the graphics in this game didn’t look that great on low-medium compared to previous CoD games. That is the only other complaint I have.

Despite the few campaign issues I had, I still highly recommend this. It’s a CoD game, if you’re a true fan, you’ll love it!

Let me just start off, by this game is awesome. When I was looking to get this game, I was worried that it wouldn't run because CoD Ghost didn't run that well for me, But when I fired AW up, it ran so smooth. This was built way better than Ghost if you ask me. On Ghost, I would get around 35-40fps but with AW I mainly get 60fps and maybe 70-80fps. The graphics are really nice! The weapons are out standing, the scopes and the sound efects are amazing. The Exo suit is really awesome, it adds so much more to the game, it makes it a lot more interactive!

The campaign is amazing, I felt like the story finally made sense (or maybe I'm stupid lol), and it's been a while since their campaigns made sense. Only down fall to the campaign, is some of the missions are short and you can fly through it pretty quickly.

Exo zombies is cool. It is a lot diffierent then WaW, Black Ops 1 or 2. As of right now, I haven't bought any DLC for AW, so I don't know how the other maps are but I found it was pretty easy to get the hang of it. Unlike Black Ops 2 Origins or other maps, it takes time to understand everything.

I can't really say much for Multiplayer, as for I am a singleplayer kind of dude. The bots is very nice, maps are decent and lots of room for exo jumping! From what I have heard, AW Multiplayer is pretty dead, so I probably wouldn't recommend AW for Multiplayer.

I still yet have time to play with AW Survivle Mode! (Will Update)

Overall, story is amazing, exo zombies is good, multiplayer bots is fun, survivle is neat, good graphics, awesome guns and sounds, runs good for PC. I 100% recommend this game!

Here are a few things about Ghost.

Pros-

- If you hold C while running you will do a slide

- Really cool missions

- Cool Weapons

- Campaign is pretty good

Cons-

- Graphics are a little blurry

- Built pretty bad for PC

- Story doesn't explain a few things, left a few things "untied"

- Multiplayer is kind of dead

I recommend you get this for the campaign, not for Multiplayer. If you are a true CoD fan, you will love all of their games but like I listed above, there are just a few things that I didn't like about Ghost. But even after its faults, I still am glad I bought this and I will always enjoy playing it!

If you are a true Transformers fan, then you will love the game. A neat feature about the game is that there are 10 chapters; the chapters are LONG. The first 5 chapters you will play as the Decepticons and the last 5 chapters, you will play as the Autobots.

A cool thing about War for Cybertron is when you select a chapter, you can decide if you want to be Megatron, Barricade, Star Scream or even Sound Wave and a few others. My all time favorite Decepticon to play, would be Megatron. Megtron's main weapon is a huge cannon, which knocks an autobot down in one hit! Star Scream is also really sweet to play, he is quick and has a deadly weapon.

On the Autobot side, you can play as Optimus Prime! (like we didn't know already lol). He is really cool. His main weapon is a awesome assault weapon. A few characters you can play on the Autobot side, are Optimus, Bumblebee, Ironhide, Jetfire and a few more. Probably my two favorite are Optimus and Ironhide.

The campaign is pretty good. I read the book, "War for Cybertron" a year before I played the actual game. I enjoyed the game because it explained things better than the book. There were only a few things I didn't like; one was when you played as the Decepticons, the Autobots sometimes acted like bad guys when they shouldn't. For exmaple - autobot "I am going to destroy you!!". That seems like something Megatron would say. lol.

The graphics are pretty decent. The only downfall to the game, which is biggest issue for me, is that it's capped at 30fps so you won't be able to go past that (unless you download programs which I don't recommend). Since it's capped, it's best to keep the settings on low so it will run smoothly. There are times that my PC stuttered because of the 30 cap and it's not because my PC isn't good. My PC can run alll CoD games on High-Extra.

Other than the 30 cap, my next issue is that the last chapter was a little "lame" as for it was similar to the Autobot's campaign. I won't reveal any more info than this as I don't want to ruin it others. :\

As a side note, when I first launched it on Windows 8.1, it wouldn't load. If you expenience this issue, move the Physx file to desktop and launch the game, (it will give an error, after that, put the Physx file back where you found it), then launch it again and it should run.

Overall, good story, fun Decepticons/Autobots characters, decent graphics, = Worth it!

This is a very good game. Provides many hours of gameplay. Graphics are nice, the Mods for this game is sweet (Star Wars Mods is awesome btw). Many places to go too! I enjoyed this game a lot more the second time playing it. Good game to have in your Steam Library!

This game is very good. It’s even better than the first Black Ops. The graphics are very nice and it runs very smooth. Neat stuff was added to this which makes this special. The Strike Missions are fun in this too.

This is a pretty good ending to the Modern Warfare games. I'd still say my favorite CoD is CoD4, you just can't beat it. The campaign had some really nice touches to it, such as decent graphics, pretty good story plot, and fun Specs Ops too. The Specs Ops I feel like is a lot better in MW2, than MW3. To end this, its a Modern Warfare. You can't go wrong with the Modern Warfare Games! Buy it now!
