I wanted to talk to you about your behavior during our recent CS:GO games. I understand that you are a competitive player and that you want to win, but the way you've been treating your teammates is unacceptable.
Your toxic comments and insults are creating a negative environment that's making it hard for the rest of us to enjoy the game. We all want to have fun and do well, but it's difficult to achieve that when we're constantly being put down by our own teammate.
I think it's important for us to work together as a team, and that means supporting each other through both our successes and our failures. It's okay to get frustrated sometimes, but we need to channel that frustration into something positive, like finding ways to improve our gameplay.
