This game has been a ton of fun for me. I have to be honest though, the first 2 hours I wasn't so sure, partly due to the pressure of needing to figure it out before my refund window closed. At 2 hours I figured it wasn't for me and I refunded it. That night I couldn't stop thinking about getting back on and playing. I purchased it again and now I've been hooked.

I usually play with a couple friends and go in trios but I've also been spending time in Solos. Coming as someone who has played Tarkov and didn't do really well in the game and had it die off for me due to gear fear (Fear of losing everything I take in) this game has been a breathe of fresh air. You can craft guns and ammo and always find things in raid. If you don't want to potentially lose something, just run a free kit. When you get out you can swap the free augment for a combat one free and then you'll have a safe pocket to use and just keep running that.

Trios has definitely been a little bit more into PVP as groups are more on edge or looking to fight with their friends against others. We do still run into those who are "friendly" and we all just go on fighting ARC. Solos is a totally different experience. You will find the random raider here and there that will kill you or at least try, but for the most part, 9 times out of 10 people in solos are friendly. Just yesterday I was running the space tower event and as I unlocked the door and went up I had a group of 5-6 other solo players that ended up following me. All friendly and working together. We got to the top and we took out a rocketeer and just kept looting. Even checking with each other to see if there were certain items being looked for so we could maybe drop one for them.

It's a super fun game that can be pretty relaxing. Most of the time you spend trying to avoid ARC which are the primary enemy of the game.

So far i'm enjoying the game. At first I wasn't happy because I was having massive performance issues (much like what everyone else is posting about). Game ran poor, stuttered like crazy, and I just wasn't interested. This was even after updating the graphics drivers. I decided to give it another try and restart my PC and now it runs great.

I'm running on 3440x1440 and easily getting 100 fps using 5080 and 7950x3D. Very high settings with DLSS.
